Friendly accommodating hotel, easy walk from train station, perfect location near Duomo and quick walk through Old Town to all galleries, museums and river. Very nice room, clean, contemporary, comfortable bed/pillows and amenities appreciated; bathroom had good lighting, large, nice shower. Staff is helpful but not obtrusive; water and treats in lobby; surrounded by cafes, wine bars, and Starbucks on next block (if that's important).

We had a perfect four days at Cerretani. The staff are first class and extremely attentive and helpful. The location is perfect and you can walk anywhere in the Centro Storico, including all the way up to San Miniato if the fancy takes you. Fantastic restaurants are everywhere, either just around the corner or further afield if you wish.

Hotel was very well located as we were able to easily walk to all the great attractions as well as to and from the Train Station in Florence. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was well stocked with delicious foods. And the staff was very welcoming, and assisted us expeditiously when we requested a few items for the room.
