We arrived at the hotel after a six hour drive, we walked up to reception and had to wait while the staff finished chatting.We got to the room on the second floor (no lift to use) and found it to be poky, the toilet would not flush and the bath plug was broken.We were kept awake that night by young local people.The bar service was rude at best, the barman served a half empty glass of beer and walked off without asking if my partner wanted a drink.There was no hot water in the morning.There was no menu for the restaurant inside the building, - you have to go out to the front entrance in the car park to read the menu, - we went to MacDonalds next door to eat.It was a relief to leave.I would like the opportunity to discuss this with Ibis/Accor and hope they will contact me.
