"Nice and clean."

The receptionist was very gentle. The rooms were very clean as the rest of the hotel. It lies 16 km from Paris center. The choice of food at the breakfast-buffet was not so rich if you consider the price (15€) but of good quality.

Very good location and good price/performance ratio, but there is one area which definitely need improvement: room service. I was there with my wife and 2 childs. In total 4 persons in one room. There was no one day when I had complete set of towels for each of us. One day I had 2 big and 2 small towels. Another only 3 towels. I expect set of small and big towel for each person in the room. Additionally room service didn't refill shampoo. Only one small bottle for all of us for 5 nights! Even we had our own shampoo and that was no pain for us, that clearly shows standards taken by room service. The same situation is with tea bags. 1st day we found 2 paper tea cups and 2 tea bags on the table. Usually if hotel decided to serve such benefit, it takes care to complete given set day by day. During next days room service didn't completeed that by new cups and tea bags.BTW, breakfast: please think about some vegetables (simple tomato or cucumber).Finally, if you are looking for a good price/perf. hotel and you have a car (underground parking for about 7Euro) this is a really good option for all of them who wants to visit Paris and Disneyland.
"Not usual Novotel standard"

We (2 adults, 1 child, 1 baby) stayed at this hotel for one night and booked a superior room with Novotel as we have used them before and found them to be very good. The pullout bed had several dirty marks on the cover and the window next to it opened fully with no safety catch and a chile could easily climb out from the bed, the bathroom had paint peeling round the edges of the ceiling and there were only two bath towels and two hand towels for a family of four, there was one tea bag and only one toilet roll and the mini bar had an item missing from it but we were not charged. Our evening meal was pre-booked however on arrival we were given a voucher for €18 which was not even enough to cover all the main courses, we asked for our meat well done and it was far from this and nearly raw and they had run out of french fries and served it with what looked like re-hreated leftover potatoes from lunch. The scrambled egg at breakfast was not cooked and there was sliced bread but no facility for toasting. The location was great with a shopping centre within walking distance. Very disappointed with this hotel as it is not what we have experienced in all the other Novotel hotels we have stayed at.

service was very bad and staff was not well trained! it was not clearly mentioned till what time room service was as well as breakfast. They stop service breakfast at 9.30am normally it is till 10.00am at all hotels.

i must compliment the hotel and staff for a quite wonderful stay. everyone connected with the novotel hotel are helpful, polite and professional. the rooms are comfortable clean and quite spacious. breakfast was excellent and the choice of menu was superb. location is great as its not far from the centre of paris and only a few stops on the train from euro disney. my children and i really enjoyed our stay..........
