all seasons Luxembourg Centre (futur ibis Styles): 3.0 out of 5 stars "All Seasons"

17th May 2012, Sime243, Luxembourg City, Luxembourg

I booked this hotel on the Accor website, and considered it poor value in comparison to other hotels that were available for a considerably cheaper rate. Whilst the hotel is well located for the station, the area is not pleasnt to walk around as there are a number of strip bars, sex shops and unusual bars and the 'characters' associated with such establishments. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. Whilst the rooms were clean this was the smallest room I have stayed in to date whilst in Luxembourg.. The Etap at Luxemberg airport was considerably more comfortable. The bathroom was extremely small and in need of some maintenance. It had a mildew, damp odour resulting from the door needing to be kept closed in order to access the small desk and the window. area. The hotel itself was very quiet, yet the street noise during the night was disturbing, if you choose to keep the windows open . One big positive was the complimentary breakfast, this was faultless and beautifully presented. The staff on duty here were very friendly and very helpful. I would not choose to stay here again, if other options were available.

Small, no frills. In a strategic location near station and airport bus, though not a smart part of town. Quietly welcoming, clean and with small but comfortable rooms. Adequate continental breakfast - choice limited, but quality and quantity excellent. A good base for a trip, but not for extended leisure.

all seasons Luxembourg Centre (futur ibis Styles): 3.0 out of 5 stars "Easy place"

I choosed this hotel (several times already) because it is located very close to the place I need to reach while I stay in Luxembourg.Employees are nice and professional while the facilities are limited !

all seasons Luxembourg Centre (futur ibis Styles): 4.0 out of 5 stars "Perfect for a short trip"

14th March 2012

Stood just for the weekend in this hotel and turns out it was just what we needed/expected.The rooms are small but have everything you need, you can listen clearly to people passing in the corridor or speaking because the walls are very thin. But either there weren't so many people around or they avoided making noise, so we were able to rest peacefully.

Great value.room was very clean.Free coffee machine in the breakfast area.Only thing was the location is pretty rough right near the station.but overall really enjoyed the hotel.staff were very friendly.and I would recommend it to anyone.

all seasons Luxembourg Centre (futur ibis Styles): 3.0 out of 5 stars "good hotel near the train station"

8th September 2011, paolo030, Bruxelles, Belgio

It's a good hotel near the train station and 10 minutes walking from the city center. Underground parking for 6 euro for motorbike and 12 euro for a car. The hotel has been recently refurbished, but I think that 2 rooms of the previous Mercure has become one of the actual All Seasons :-) but at the end nothing is missing (for a short time is ok, otherwise it becomes quite claustrofobic); moreover I was in the mansard and the room had only a small window. Breakfast and Wi-fi included in the price.

all seasons Luxembourg Centre (futur ibis Styles): 3.0 out of 5 stars "city centre hotel in rotten neighborhood"

19th July 2011, Weesky, Fermanagh, Northern Ireland

The hotel itself is OK. Rooms are very small but functional. Bathroom was very cramped and required some skill to get into shower cabin. Staff helpful and easy to deal with. Internet access quite unstable. Breakfast OK (no cooked breakfast available).Very good localization just 3 min. walk from main train station. Same localization poses problems as the area is very populated with prostitutes, sex clubs and associated activities. Not too noisy though.

all seasons Luxembourg Centre (futur ibis Styles): 3.0 out of 5 stars "You get what you pay for"

26th June 2011, Brussels

The hotel is located in a very central location, about 200m from the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price I paid was quite low, considering wifi access and breakfast were included. However, my room was rather small, and quite dark - there was very little natural light. The bathroom did not seem particularly clean, as there was a strange brownish stain on the ground by the shower. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and I slept very well.On the whole, if you're looking for a cheap hotel, with wifi access and breakfast included, then it's not a bad hotel. But if you expect a nice, spacious room, with natural light, or with a view, I don't think this is for you.

all seasons Luxembourg Centre (futur ibis Styles): 3.0 out of 5 stars "Central location, good price"

7th June 2011, Foz do Iguaçu - Brazil

We were there for two nights for a visit to Luxembourg and to the German city of Trier.Convenient location, near to Central Station, but near to several night clubs. But it was quiet. Good breakfast. Small room. Curtain not good enough to avoid sun inside the room early in the morning.

all seasons Luxembourg Centre (futur ibis Styles): 4.0 out of 5 stars "Good and a good price"

2nd April 2011, Paris

I have stayed here several times while on business in Luxembourg. The location is close to the train station, although it is not a nice part of town. Rooms are small but adequate. Breakfast is a big plus, always included in the price and plenty to eat. I will stay again.

all seasons Luxembourg Centre (futur ibis Styles): 4.0 out of 5 stars "Great for overnight"

19th February 2011, SirTK, Wheathampstead

Good location in a fairly seedy but non-threatening area by the station. Easy and cheap on-street parking, lots of bars/cafes. About 20 mins walk to old city and better restaurants, but lots of buses run anyway.Very helpful receptionist. The hotel is clean, modern and functional, not in any way luxurious but that's not why you are here. Room was quite tiny (also the bathroom) but comfortable enough for an overnight stay (and for the life of me I can't see myself staying in Luxembourg any longer than that).Breakfast was only OK but they do have eggs which a lot of other hotels don't. Machine drinks again only OK but they leave the machine on free vend all day which was most welcome.I stayed in a really awful non-chain hotel last time I was here so this one was a vast improvement.

all seasons Luxembourg Centre (futur ibis Styles): 4.0 out of 5 stars "Early Feb 2011"

14th February 2011, bikenick, Reading,UK

Pleasant hotel, conveniently located for the station. Friendly staff. Room small, verging on the cramped side, but clean - and fine for a one-night stop. No 'cooked' breakfast option, but reasonable choice of other items.

all seasons Luxembourg Centre (futur ibis Styles): 3.0 out of 5 stars "good value for money"

13th February 2011, The hague

The hotel is near the railway station and not far from the centre. The room is small, but the bed is good. For two persons I should have problems with the size of the room if I have to spent more time on my room due to bad weather. The breakfest is rather simple but enough. People are friendly. For a next trip to Luxemburg I should book this hotel again.

all seasons Luxembourg Centre (futur ibis Styles): 3.0 out of 5 stars "Good location; pricey for what you get"

24th January 2011, jylSussex, sussex

We were fortunate to book this hotel in a sale at 50% of the usual rate and on that basis it was fine on a value for money basis. If I had paid the full price I would not have been happy; alhough I have noticed hotel rates in Luxembourg are outrageously high. The location is convenient, close to the station, though in a slightly seedy area with sex shops etc close by. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city centre. There is parking but only if you have a small car, so do not rely on being able to park, though there is a public parking close by.Good breakfast, rooms clean though about as small as you can get, shower room miniscule; reception staff really pleasant and helpful.Though selecting I would recommend this hotel to a friend it would be on the proviso they realise all hotels are very pricey in Luxembourg and would suggest they stay elsewhere!

all seasons Luxembourg Centre (futur ibis Styles): 3.0 out of 5 stars "useful business hotel"

29th December 2010, Solihull

I use this hotel on a regular basis. Location is great and staff always helpful and friendly. Rooms are tiny (especially bathroom) but OK for one or two days. Noisy rooms at the front of hotel and has become rather expensive lately compared to other Luxenbourg hotels.
