Very small room

So it started with the construction around the hotel that made it very difficult to walk with luggage. Than the room. Maybe I’m not used to EU room size but this was too small. Two single bed, very uncomfortable, tiny shower and tight toilet space. I only stayed one night for business and was in and out so it didn’t bother me so much BUT is you expecting to visit the hotel for fun I would reconsider. The crew was very friendly.

We are sorry to hear that the bed comfort did not meet your expectations and wish to assure you that our Ibis Sweet Beds are usually praised for their comfort. Furthermore, we are concerned about your note regarding the hole in the sheets, and though we maintain rigorous standards, it appears we may have fallen short in this instance. We also note your comments on noise and, while we do our best to provide soundproofing, we understand that external noises can sometimes be disruptive. Rest assured, we continually aim to deliver a pleasant stay and we are saddened that we did not fully meet your expectations this time. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. Had an excellent welcome and support from the front desk staff. Zen was especially kind and helped me find good places to eat. Excellent service. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cool and friendly. Very easy to access everything around the city. Would highly recommend for short stays in Brussels

The staff comprised of the most miserable human beings I've ever encountered. They were EXTREMELY annoyed when asked to do the basics of their jobs. (Except for the woman in charge of the breakfast and ONE desk clerk.) I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
