"Smallest room i've ever seen"

The smallest room and bathroom i have ever seen. I paid 160€/per room it is not worth.There was no space in the room. Small pillow but comfortable bed.

The hotel is very conveniently located for the main station (I travelled by train). Check in was efficient but I was very disappointed with my room. I had booked online well in advance and, as a an A-Club platinum card holder, I expected a better quality room. It was tiny, right by the lifts (very noisy) and had a single bed. When I opened the window to allow in some air it was noisy outside (hotel is by a busy junction). The cleaner had not removed bottles left by the previous occupant and I even suspected that the room had not been cleaned (a towel was hanging unfolded on a hook and the bed linen looked crumpled. I slept on the bed and not inside it. Breakfast was good and checkout was quick.

If you have stayed at an Ibis hotel before, you'll know what to expect. They all seem to be of a similar standard which is very acceptable for the modest price. This one is no exception and in my opinion represents good value. I did not try the breakfast (another 10 Euros) so cannot pass judgement. Basically, it does what it says on the tin.

Stayed in Ibis Dusseldorf Zentrum during short business trip. Welcoming and efficient staff, good location in quiet area of city centre. Few minutes from Central Railway Station and Altstadt. Very good bed, clean and bright bathroom, very good breakfast. No frillls, clean and practical. Recommended

bathroom is unreal, i am not joking it is aircraft toilet small, no bigger. Staff great perfect english, beds quite comfy. I have stayed in a good few Ibis, room and clothing space is smallest but fine. would use again.

Smallest toilet I've ever experienced in a hotel. Simply uncomfortable to use the toilet.Breakfast buffet big and with a lot to choose from as always in Ibis.Close to the central station which is the positive side, as the area doesn't show Düsseldorf from its best side.

On arrival staff were helpful and pleasant. It was great that there was an underground parking facility at the hotel as local transport links were no more than a five minutes away. The room was clean and tidy when my husband and I arrived. We were comfortable enough in our room and would recommend it to friends or family. We would go and stay again if we go back to Dusseldorf.

Service was good but the amenities were poor. Mattresses were too hard for a good night's sleep. The hotel lobby was occupied by non-guests until very late at night and the underground parking had insufficient space for parking. The toiletries were not standard as they did not provide shampoo and hand-soap.

We've had a connection at Dusseldorf and stayed at the Ibis just for one night. So a clean and basic room not far from city center and just in 3 minutes walk from the railway station was just perfect! The room is tiny - that could be not very comfortable for a long stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and warm, and we could easily walk to the station and into the city.
