We were travelling along the romantic road and Augsburg was a great place to stay for this journey. The hotel was quite easy to find. The service was great and it was fantastic value. We also travelled with an 11 month old baby and found that this hotel was quite accommodating. There was air conditioning in the room too which was great. Parking is cheap for only 5 euros a day nearby.

Stayed for 3 nights after booking on website. Room was badly designed and cramped leaving little space for luggage or general manouverability which could be a problem. The bed matress was very lumpy and seemed to be made from a large block of foam.The hotel was about a 10 minute walk to the main town area. There was no onsite parking but a public carpark about 100m on the same road seemed safe and was a bargain €5 per day!

The hotel is very good situated (near the central station), although when the window is opened the trains noise is a bit problem. Receptionists are very polite and informative (are able to give directions for any demand for example - when I was asking for a good beefsteak or a local traditional food or a book store). Room is small, but well arranged. Breakfast menu is well chosen and suits different demands.

Room was small but very clean with all services in the Hotel. Bar and business corner was good enought. Just noice isolation was not good and I've heard all others people on the floor. Good location, easy to access. Price was reasonable.

Very comfortable and smart staff. quick check-in. fine breakfast food. all this ok for the price. Lovely bathroom was nicely cleaned, there was a computer with internet. near railway station. and city center

The loos are useless if you are obese as you will be jammed on the pot and unable to perform minimal personal hygiene procedures! Cheap and somewhat less than cheerful. Breakfast mediocre - breakfast bar not always refilled promptly. Coffee machine was down two days out of three during my stay. Does not matter because coffee is lousy in any case.
