"Traveller's delight"
5th September 2012, Daffodilly_12, Bristol, United Kingdom
We experienced a good welcome, a small but more than adequate sized room for our 2 night stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We were able to pull up outside the hotel to unload and parking was close-by. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The evening meal was very disappointing but on check out we mentioned that we had had to return a meal and the cost was deducted. Toulouse has quite a lot to offer and the hotel is very close to the centre and its attractions. Definitely worth a stay.
"Superb two-star hotel"

This is one of the best Hotel Ibis we've stayed in. It is well located five minutes' walk from the central square with the Capitole and the Basilica of St Sernin and 20 minutes' leasurely walk from the river. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is a modern Ibis carefully designed to fit into a street of old buildings. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The only slight gripe is that the shower / toilet area is very small. We had a room looking out to the back of the hotel and it was exceptionally quiet, given the hotel's proximity to the inner ring road. Although in the end it was too hot (< 30 degrees) to wait at a bus stop, the bus to the airport stops just round the corner (100 - 200 metres). Oh, and breakfast was excellent.
"Ibis Centre Toulouse - Bang on the Money"
21st January 2012, Dorking, United Kingdom
You cannot fault Ibis they put together a great product. Admittedly their hotel exteriors are not pretty and definatley pretty dated, but they are generally in excellent locations (this is literally around the corner from Jeanne D'Arc Bus and Metro stops and the Navette Bleu for the airport also stops/departs from there) , the accomodation once inside is warm, clean and comfortable. Even allowing for the fact I'm a 6'4" rugby player the rooms and ensuites are compact but pefectly usable, but that is a minor detail .. The staff in Toulouse were wonderful, friendly and only to happy to offer assitance or advise from the moment we checked in to when we collected our bags from storage on the Sunday evening to head to the Airport.
"unsatisfied"

very small room and and an even smaller bathroom I changed my reservations for a day earlier and I had to pay even 20 euro´s more for that small room which I think is is unfair. In a lot of Accor hotels are the room and rates much better than the one in Toulousebreakfast was good and the location is super.
"ok for short stay"

I stayed with my hasnand for 2 nights. 15 minutes from city center. Parking in nearby garage 3 minutes away, 10 euros a day, limited space. My hasband had to wait for 30 minutes for somebody to leave to park our car. Clean, very (!!) small room and bathroom. Rude personal, they do not speak any other launge other than French. ok, english a little bit. At night you can hear people on the street and in the hotel itself. I did not care, but you are a light sleeper- hard time garantee! the stay was ok, love toulose. Service at the hotel is bad!
