Disappointing Front Desk & Bar Staff

I would have rated our stay much higher but I brought a group and spent more than 4500 EUR for our 3 night stay and when we came back from our late night Eiffel Tower visit I asked the front desk if they would give me change for 100 EUR. They were not friendly and told me no, they didn't have any change and told me to go to the bar and he would give it to me. Well he was snarling at me, telling me no and very nasty! Finally I went back to the front desk and there was a very nice man there named Eladji, and he finally gave me the change but a guest should NEVER have to go through that experience, especially when bringing a large group and spending a lot of money. It is very rude and no hospitality at all! Other than that, our stay was good.

Booked a room with a view of the canal which was much more enjoyable with its wildfowl boats and cnalside strollers than it may sound.

This ibis is large but the rooms and particularly the bathroom are too small . It is tired in these rooms and the staff are average in their approach.

The hotel is located a bit far from the center, about 50 minutes by public transport. I chose the hotel based on reviews and photos on booking. I was expecting a beautiful view from the window, but what I got was this. I attached a photo from the site and mine. I was very disappointed.

With the line 7 of the subway, it will last 20 minutes to go to Chatelet, the City Center. You have to reserve a specific room if you want the view of the Canal de l'Ourcq. Your sincerely.
