"Good value for money"

I have been using this property frequently since 1995. My experience has been very good. Besides the excellent location adavantage (at that price!), the front office staff are very helpful. The breakfast is good at a reasonable price ( am a veggie). What can I complain about? Yes, the WiFi access--- even paid access is not up to the mark and Ibis should take that up with Orange. I must say it was better just six months back, so what happened?

Great location, good service. Everything went well. Good value for money. Breakfast doesn't have eggs or vegetables, otherwise good variety of bread and bakeries.

This hotel is very very close to The Tour Eiffel (10 mins walking distance) and has a metro station right outside. The only downside are the small rooms but we had one with a view to the Tour Eiffel (6th floor) so it kinda compensated.Don't get breakfast at the hotel as it is not worth it, instead go to the Carrefour Market right next to it (on the next street) and buy a sandwich for a much better price.Hotel is located in a very clean/friendly area with restaurants/bars all around. Staff is friendly, internet access is free and available in the room or at computers in the lobby.Definitely recommend!

For those on a budget in Paris, the Ibis Hotels are an excellent place to stay. We stayed at the Ibis in the Cambronne district, a very pleasant neighborhood, with several good restaurants close by. It is only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and from there you can buy a day ticket on the Boats, and Paris is all yours. The Hotel is comfortable, clean and quiet at night. A buffet breakfast is also offered ( at a reasonable charge), which is very substantial, with enough variety to satisfy everyone's taste. This was our fifth stay at this particular Ibis, and since we love Paris and that neighborhood, it will be our destination again.Calgary, Alberta.

We stayed here for 3 nights to see the sights of paris. Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Metro was across the road and the Eiffel Tower was a short walk away. Cafe's and restaurants all around with late night shops open for drinks, fruit and snacks. Great location and nice hotel. Recomended!!!

Good hotel, much better than expected! The breakfast was excelent! The location was very convenient peacefull. The only dissadvantage was the ventilation of the room. Only fresh, clean air can give us a decent sleep and our room was not ventilated correctly. But the overall impression was very satisfactory!

The established fix any problem in fifteen minutes appears to be history. The toilet and wash room compartment are unacceptablily small and clusterfobic. The breakfast menue could be improved upon at the price. Other wise the hotel which I have used several times in the past is is clean and comfortable. The reception area has been revamped and the staff are good.

We loved staying at the Ibis. The Breakfast buffet was excellent, rooms lovely and clean, great services including maps and internet access & friendly staff. It was a very long walk to the eiffel tower from here tho, don't be too fooled by the name.

great, clean hotel close to the eiffel tower (15 mins walk). Metro station just around the corner with some restaurants close by also. The room was an average size from what I have heard of other paris hotels and no complaints whatsoever. Great price for paris and the buffet breakfast was great value. I would deifinitely stay here again.

Nice clean hotel with friendly helpful staff! The hotel is a short walk from the Eiffel tower and across the road from the Metro station which is really safe and simple to use! There are a few French cafes and brasseries also across the road from the hotel which served wonderful food at a reasonable price and along the Rue Cambronne (the road on which the hotel is situated) there is a wonderful little indian restaurant too! We had a wonderful time and would definately use this hotel again next time we are in Paris! The only thing we would point out is that there aren't any tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms so the only way to get a drink is go down to the hotel bar! But for a weekend its fine!

General good conditions, small room and not very diversified breakfast. During our stayied we can not acces the internet wireless for the room, it was only available in the reception hall and a lot of people waiting to get few minutes to acces internet.

The hotel is very near to Cambronne metro station as well as within walking distance to the Eiffel tower. However, the down side was that the room was too tiny especially the bathroom, beside that, the room heater also not working properly!

We stayed in this hotel at New Year 2011. We had a triple room with a decent size shower room attached. The hotel has been refurbished and both bedroom and shower room have been made much smaller. On the plus side, the buffet breakfast is great and the close proximity of the Metro a bonus

The staff who welcomed us were friendly although I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. The bed was really uncomfortable and the room was very small - especially the bathroom. I would choose a different area aswell as it was about a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower (which wasn't too bad) but I would rather stay nearer the Louvre or Notre Dame and some decent restaurants. Also the food at this hotel wasn't the best food I've had in Paris!

The hotel is located close to the Metro for easy links to the City but within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Selection of restaurants and shops in immediate area. Nice welcome by Reception staff and receptionist offered choice of rooms. Restaurant pleasant and menu choice adequate and meal very nice . Not sure that I would choose the colour scheme of the reception area though. Orange? Room up to usual standard and very comfortable. My third visit and I would use again.

Great hotel, within easy walking distance to Metro and the Eiffel Tower. Hotel is upgrading and remodeling rooms, but noise was kept to during normal business hours and out of the way of guests. Would recommend to friends traveling to Paris!

The service was excellent all the staff from the reception personnel down to the persons who cleaned the room, The room was claen and bright even if a little small but for a break in Paris it was excellent. the location could not have been any better, close to the Metro and very friendly and pleasnat resturants. The ease fo access to all of the Paris sights was the best as we had never been in the city before. I do not think I disliked any asspect of the visit and the Hotel was part of a greart Paris city break. Thanks

they didn't help to get points for my accor card, the room was freezing cold, breakfast was too normal and over all it wasn't fair to the amount I paid.I didn't have soup or extra towel also the lighting of the room was terrible. One more thing is every time u tried to call reception from my room it was busy or not answering. Which I found Ir very strange.

Location is very good, walking distance from metro station.Service is very good.Hotel is cleanThe lobby is also spacious and friendly.Breakfast is ok, But one thing is missing for breakfast, THE EGGS, there,s neither scrambled egg nor boiled egg. Maybe can consider adding this in the breakfast buffet menu.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Good service, good price-quality and excellent location. Jump on the metro close to the hotel (station Cambronne) and start exploring Paris. Definitely a must for all who wants a quite cheap and comfortable stay in the center of Paris.

The service in the bar was terrible, even when someone was present you still had to wait for 10 minutes to be served as they pretty much ignored you. Tables in the bar area never seemed to be cleared and it closed prior to its closing times every night. Our room was small but tidy HOWEVER the bathroom stank in the room. At best the smell was like stagnant water at worse like raw sewage. The room temperature could not be controlled, in the end we had to keep the window open to combat both the smell from the bathroom and the heat in the room. This in turn let the road noise in but it was better than the smell. Even the corridors smelt mouldy and musky. At check out the total of the bill was not what was quoted on the Accor's Hotel web site. I will be disputing this when we return home. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. Our stay at IBIS London Euston St Pancreas was TEN TIMES better and cheaper for 5 nights in London compare to 3 nights in Paris.
