One night stay with a friend. Hotel is basic but does the job. Rooms are small and might be too small for 2 people but fine for one. Very comfortable bed, helpful staff. Excellent location- lovely bars/ cafe nearby. Close to Metro

Check in at arrival was done fast, the person at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay in Paris. As a silver member, we were granted the late check out option (until 3 pm as we agreed when we did the check in). The reason I don’t give a 9 or 10 rate is because on our last date, with our let check out, the cards of our rooms stoped to work so we were not able to use the elevator and open our room to take our luggage (we were at the hotel 2:45 pm) and that was very inconvenient. But we were helped very fast by the people on the front desk, and even booked a Taxi for us twice because the first one another person took it :(

This was a pleasant surprise. Great location, really lovely cafes just outside, easy access to metro. The rooms are small, but functional. Very comfortable bed, hot shower. No frills, but all that was needed for a short stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Pleasant lobby/ bar.

firstly had a long wait for the check in because something was wrong with the system. the room was tiny and dirty. the ac didn’t work. when asking the staff and the ac they just said to turn it on and off again. paint peeling on the ceiling above the shower, missing tile in the bathroom. when asking the staff for toilet paper it was impossible to get more than one roll. felt way overpriced for the quality of hotel this is.
