Very helpful staff, especially the gentleman with a beard who was working on a number of occasions during our stay, and was on duty when we checked out on Tuesday 26 March. He was always especially helpful, very professional and went the extra mile to help.

Good location, and did everything a hotel should on a business trip. Clean rooms, well laid out and bright. Bar/reception were always helpful and breakfast was good. Look forward to visiting again sometime.

Our group travels around France a few times a year and we usually stay at an Ibis because of their location, standards, and value for money. This was a good typical Ibis . The only problem was that I had to phone to reception twice ,once just after 12.15 am and again at about 1.30 am . The reason was because a group of delivery guy's apparently always congregate in the underpass to the parking late at night and talk and laugh loudly. For two nights I was unable to sleep ,until they eventually went home . The staff of the hotel told me that it frequently happens but as it is not exactly the property of the hotel ,they can do nothing. Not a good feature for the hotel .
