Convenience - adjacent to Nice-Ville Gare and stop on bus #99 from the Nice Airport. A block's walk to the tram to the Esplanade. Great breakfast buffet. Second stay at this location and will definitely stay here again.

Good location, next to train station and bus stop with direct bus to airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just a tiny hiccup, the air-con is not working which is not a concern at this time of the year.

Not nice at all, the staff is not friendly, there was not a hot water all day long, the rooms are to small. I suggest you to avoid staing in this hotel, it is just west of money, and you can not enjoy your time in Nice

This IBIS hotel is right next to the Gare de Nice Ville, not very ideal for family travelers. Parking costs 13Euro from 6pm to 9am overnight. The environment isn't friendly after 5pm in winter and security appears to be a problem if you are traveling alone at night. Room condition isn't like IBIS in Marseille. A bit smelly and air-con doesn't work.

This was not a good experience. The entrance to the hotel smelt of urine, and the ground floor smelt bad as well. The pool was not adequate for adult use as it was too small, too shallow and not open at convenient times. I consider the provision and promotion of a pool to be"window dressing" and not a sincere attempt to provide a service for customers.

I was running short on hotel options in nice due to last day booking. I found the hotel overall very acceptable. the positive things are cleanliness and room quality. the negative points is that the location is very bad and late night service is not pontual. It was not a good value for the money that I have paid.

The great feature of this hotel is that it is almost at the railway station. If you are arriving and departing by train to/from Paris as we did, it is very convenient. The tram which takes you to the beach is only 100 meters away.We actually walked to the beach as it is about 2 kms downhill. We took the tram on the way back. Visits to other places such as Monaco and Cannes were easy as there are frequent trains. The restaurant is basic but very functional.

The rooms are ok, very small with a tiny bathroom but ok. If you need a parking, the one conventioned with the hotel is extremely expensive. Good deal 9 euro from 18.00 to 9.00 (night parking), but any additional hour can change your mood... very expensive! The 2 computers available for internet access were busy all the time. If you need internet, bring your laptop or go to an internet cafe.

Well situated hotel, be careful in the lifts, we got stuck in the middle one for 10 minutes. The emergency call button did not work. The girl on reception also tried to charge us for 10 breakfasts that we didn't have. Room 703 very small but others looked much bigger.

we thought the hotel was pretty good: pretty good location, seems quite new and clean. After out first night we started getting rashes and red spots kinda looking like pimples all over our faces (we are both acne free). we asked the hotel staff to change all the sheets and they did it but the infection was just getting worse which then spread to our necks. We then realised it could of being the pillow and put the pillow away and used the airplane ones we had. The infection started to get a bit better when we did that so we concluded it was the disgusting the pillows. After using a anti-bacterial facial cream all the spots on our faces went away. It was disgusting!!! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone after that.

The hotel is located about 3 km from the beach - which is not that bad considering that you can take a tramcar and it will take you just 5 minutes to get to the beach. Staff mixed up our reservations and instead of non smoking room we got room for a smokers, but there was no problem to change rooms.Parking was a bit of a disaster. When we came to the parking house we could drive in because the entrance was too small for a normal european car and the guard had no idea that there actually was one more much wider entrance. The park charge was really confusing and the guard at the parking didn't seem to understand it himself. We ended up paying a usual price (42€ a day!), although it was stated that hotel guests were paying a reduced price.

NIce hotel just steps from the train station. Very convenient, clean and modern room. Would recommend for sure. Great view of the city. Nice pool. Quick elevators. Comfortable bed. Highrise hotel with fast elevators. Good security. Free wi-fi.

We missed one outside place to have one drink. You better close the swimming poole and make there one outside bar. I think it wil for your hotel better qua income.The aircodiniting in the room is very good. Your astray flat is not good. You better get som astrarys in about 5 cm high. The service is very good. If we come again to Nicewe like to stay at your hotel. Please excuse me for englisch. We have one good time inyour hotel. The breakfast is good, but i mis my boiled egg.
