ibis Beaune Centre: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Our Ibis hotel in Beaune"

30th April 2012, LizLorgues, Lorgues, France

The hotel is ideally located for our journey to the south of France. We stay here regularly when travelling south and are always very satisfied with the standard of comfort.

quiet good-sized hotel with a good restaurantsmall but acceptable sized room with a good bathroomplenty of parkingvalue for moneywifi speed slow on this visitwell situated for walk to the town centre

ibis Beaune Centre: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Nice place, but......"

25th March 2012

Clean, well located just on the ring road. Excellenr parking Friendly and efficient service with excellent English. Breakfast can be purchased with the room package but is the same every day. But if you take the Internet special, be aware that your room will be close in size to that of a cruise ship. There are other, much larger rooms.

ibis Beaune Centre: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Not usual Ibis standard"

7th January 2012, Paul B, Bédarieux, Languedoc-Roussillon, France

Not up to expected Ibis standard. Old hotel. Room and bathroom were VERY small and noisy. Could hear bathroom use from room above. Door hit bottom of bed making access with suitcases difficult.Under staffed as receptionist was also serving behind bar. Coach party had arrived and complained loudly several times about no service. However meal in restaurant was excellent with good food and friendly service. The waitress knew the wines and recommended an enjoyable bottle at a reasonable price. Close to town which is very pretty.

ibis Beaune Centre: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Central Hotel"

20th October 2011, Southampton, United Kingdom

The hotel is so central to Beaune, the sights, restaurants and bars. We stayed on our journey through to Italy and then booked to stay on our way back too. Our room was very small but had everything we needed. The air conditioning was noisy, but we needed it on our return stay as it was so warm that night. The double room we thought we had booked was in fact two single beds and I was told at reception that I would have to pay quite a bit more for a larger double room. The outdoor swimming pool and sunbeds were a bonus for us to relax after travelling many hours. We would stay again if it was just an overnight stay for the convenience of knowing what you will get and for being so near Beaune centre..

ibis Beaune Centre: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Burgundy Tour"

28th September 2011, London, United Kingdom

The hotel was in a good location but the rooms were small and very basic. We have stayed in many Accor hotels, would not recommend this one or the Ibis in Orleans Centre. Bordeaux Ibis Meriadeck first class as are SuiteNovotels.

ibis Beaune Centre: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Tourist visit"

20th September 2011, Houston, TX

Reception was very poor. The room assigned was very small in front of the lift. We asked if we could upgrade (not possible because oi a full house). Requested a room away from te liftt as gold card members for more quiet environbment, Impossible due to full house. Yet we were fairly early - prior to 5 pm, but the receptionist did not want to change anything. Comforters (or deck beds) in most of youyr rooms are too heavy and too hot in the summer (especially if NO or little aircondition.) Suggest sheets and light blankets.

ibis Beaune Centre: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Room too small"

19th September 2011

We were given a very small room and although described as a double it would have been more suitable as a single. We asked for a larger, more suitable room but was told that non was available. I had phoned up after booking on line as the booking only contained a reservation for one person and was told by receptionist that the room was fine for two people. We obviously disagree. Breakfast was great as was attitude of the staff. We have stayed at this hotel on two previous occasions and have been satisfied. Can't recommend to a friend now though.

ibis Beaune Centre: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Excellent hotel for stopover"

15th September 2011, MyTrip63, Stourbridge, United Kingdom

Close to autoroute, yet only 5 minutes walk from centre of Beaune. Rooms a little small, but very adequate for 1/2 nights. Excellent service; restaurant superb value and quality, but closed on Sunday evenings. Many good restaurants close, but most more expensive. Pleasant swimming pool + bar area & good air con.

ibis Beaune Centre: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Beaune Centre"

14th August 2011, Rayleigh

Excellent position. Good restaurant. First room offered was very small but hotel changed to larger one with a bath. Staff helpful. Breakfast good. Pool available but weather put it out of the question.

ibis Beaune Centre: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Nice hotel, small rooms, great location."

4th July 2011, Antwerp

The hotel was ok, but the rooms were rather small and compared to other IBIS-hotels rather outdated. The staff was friendly, the location just outside the city centre excellent.Parking facilities were ok as well.

ibis Beaune Centre: 5.0 out of 5 stars "A comfortable stopover"

3rd July 2011, Deal

We only stayed for one night, but were very comfortable. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast was very good indeed with lots of choice. Unfortunately we were there for such a short time we didn't have time to take advantage of all the amenities.

ibis Beaune Centre: 5.0 out of 5 stars "OVERNIGHT STAY"

27th June 2011, Bradford

Lovely hotel, we were well looked after and it was in the perfect location for a walk into Beaune. Will stay again. The room was perfect overlooking the main road which was quiet in the evening. We will recommend to friends.

ibis Beaune Centre: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Modern Ibis"

23rd June 2011, Burntisland

Room 301 like many others in the Hotel are very small for the money. I have stayed in ibis hotels for 25 years and the original ones had large rooms and were very good value for money. sadly this seems to be changing. The ibis centre beasune has very good facilities let down by its room size

ibis Beaune Centre: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Great for visiting Beaune"

5th May 2011, Lancaster PA

The Ibis is just a block or so outside of the ramparts of Beaune. Very convenient. The lobby features a bar at night and coffee is available there in the morning. We arrived on Friday and followed Rick Steve's advice to visit the market on Saturday morning, buying pastries for breakfast. The selection of food was unbelievable, we bought cheeses and meats for a picnic. What a treat. Skip the hotel breakfast and find a cafe in town. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was simple but functional for our family of three. We liked the town so much that we extended our stay to a second night. Free parking.

ibis Beaune Centre: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Our 1 night stay"

31st March 2011, Bourenmouth, dorset

The location is excellent, for sightseeing, the room excellent, loved the new flooring. Shower door leaks (Room 108), We stayed last Jan 10 on our way skiiing and thought the location was very good. The only fault we could find was your web site for organising a car parking space. There were no parking spaces available for us when we arrived and the receptionist said we should have used the comments prompt to arrange our car parking arrangements. We know now, but I would suggest you make this clearer, please.

ibis Beaune Centre: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Snow haven"

18th January 2011, Flayosc, France

Arrived in snow storms, but great warm welcome, and so near to lovely town centre. Was just an overnight, but can't fault it.
