The room layout was great for our family of four.

Good+ - Comfortable pillow and bed spread - Clear and good TV - Good Wi-Fi connection - Great how water control Bad- - No vanity set prepared in the washroom - No iron and ironing board in the room - The ironing board failed to be sent to the room after requesting it twice. - No water heater in the room - The worst experience I have is when I have established late checkout at 1pm on the day before, suddenly the receptionist informed me on the checkout date that there is no such arrangement made and it was not possible to do so as the system was at faulty the night before so nobody can apply for late checkout. The receptionist asked me to leave the room in 15 minutes. That time it's already 12.30PM. I have to rearrange my Uber bookings for this and have packed my stuff. When I'm checking out, was informed by a male receptionist that actually there is a record for late checkout for me, and the female receptionist has made a mistake that cost me to rushingly pack and cancelled my Uber.
