"Quick Getaway"

This was our second weekend getaway to the Saarbrucken Mercure. Very nice hotel, clean and very well maintained, super staff, great location and comfortable room. We selected a "triple-points" package, which was OK, but would have preferred a package that included breakfast. Accor hotels, at least in Germany, don't offer that very often, however, which is one of their downfalls, I believe. Still, I'm sure we'll go back. There is a great bakery just around the corner where we paid 8 Euro for breakfast for two vs. the 34 Euro we would have paid in the hotel.

Great location, staff/service, comfort and breakfast. Dinner menu looked great but the dining room had no more seating (due to a large tour group). We'll eat dinner there on our next stay which will be soon.
