Great location, wonderful breakfast with a lot of variety and 3 coffee machines!. Very helpful and friendly staff and very clean hotel. Only complaint was housekeeping - came into room even when sign said no service and when I did get service, not all missing water and toiletries were replaced. Other than that - great stay and would totally stay again :)

Great location right in the centre of the city by the cathedral and the Rhine. If there are 2 guests the suites are a good size, though the standard rooms are small for 2 people. Good breakfast. The hotel has a bar in a restaurant but could also benefit from a bar within the hotel itself.

The room itself was fine but I could not fathom the coffee machine and there was no provision to make tea. Also, I'm used to having an iron and ironing board in the room. And on arrival, it would have been nice for reception staff to tell me where and when I could find breakfast, and also explain that the room key was necessary to operate the lifts.
