Hotel located within 5 minutes walking distance from train station - 10 minutes from Downtown - yet on a quite and safe residential street which makes for a great night's sleep. Hotel with excellent maintenance and very clean. Front desk staff very friendly and efficient - all in all, a well run hotel at reasonable prices

Nice location was very close to central city. The staff was very friendly. Only rooms could have been a little bigger. But overall was quite good for business travellor.

The hotel is clean,nice and very good front desk attendants. My only observation is the televisions in the rooms. I would suggest the hotel management change the to flat screen TV's.

Very beautiful hotel, large and nicely decorated rooms, ample bathroom and a really great breakfast.You can walk to the hotel in 10 minutes from Hauptbanhoff and it's a 20 minute walk to the Zeil or the Roemer.The staff was helpful and nice and everyone understood English just as well as German. We had a very nice experience.

This hotel was a disappointment, it is every expensive but well located. the value for money is not so good, with a poor restaurant menu and poor service. breakfast is decent but expensive. some members of staff were very attentive and others shockingly pretentious. this was my third stay here based on location but i wont be going back, the cost of the hotel and the service and ambiance are not well related.
"Nice Hotel, Tiny Room, Rip-Off Breakfast"

Very helpful and friendly staff. They let me check in at 7:00 am coming in after an overnight flight from Mongolia. Nice public spaces and "expensive" hotel feel. The standard room was a tiny broom closet and there was a roomfilling bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. The room door was warped and could only be shut with brute force. I booked the room without breakfast at a good rate on the Accor website. The hotel took revenge by charging me EUR 25 for the nice but standard buffet breakfast. That is the most I have ever paid for breakfast other than in Kinshasa, Congo.

A good value hotel with excellent service, friendly and professional, despite of belonging to a worldwide hotel chain with very personal touch. The location within walking distance or just a short taxi drive of Frankfurt´s city centre with its various facilities enables a good planning for the week-end.
"Well situated confort hotel"

The situation is maybe one of the best in Frankfurt city. Not in the big tower district, but in a small nice district. Service was simple (not seen a lot of people), maybe because I arrived late and leave early. There is no parking at the hotel, so you have to park in the public one close to the hotel.The room was nice, very quiet, confortable and quite big. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not perfectly clean, and there were some noise from the other floor during the night. The bed was not more young and has some night of use !.Otherwise, nice hotel very well located.
"The most convenient Hotel to stay and get to my office"

The Savigny Hotel is most conveniently situated to get to my office within 5 minutes walking distance.Despite its central location it is very quiet.The service by its personnel is very friendly and forthcoming. A lot of these people I have seen around for quite a few years. The rooms are vey nicely dedorated and clean. The beds very comfy.Whenever I am in Frankfurt, this is my hotel of choice.

I checked in the hotel on July 16th morning and there were used towels remain in the bathroom. I hanged the sign of room making up request when I left the room during afternoon, but those used towels were remain when I came back in the evening.

I could not have asked for a better hotel experience for my first trip to Frankfurt. The hotel was in a very central location, a few minutes walk from the train station and the centre of town. The service was excellent with the front of house team always on hand to help.Having had a string of bad hotel experiences recently this was a breath of fresh air.Highly recommend it.

Excellent service and rooms. Quiet and convenient. Breakfast is fine.I have tried more than four Hotels in Frankfurt and I am sure this is the best hotel in Frankfurt for me. I have been to more than 50 cities in Europe.I love Frankfurt and apple wine.

The hotel is in a very good location, only about 5 minute walk from the main train station in Frankfurt, away from the red light area. The area was residential and close to food and shops. The room was clean, quite small but furnished adequately. Was disappointed that there were no tea/coffee making facilities.
