Very pleasant stay in Privilege rooms. Reception staff very accommodating with pre-arrival requests which was much appreciated. Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Hotel excellent location, near tram stop, Nice Ville station and shopping area. Pool area small but ample for a short stay. Roof top bar nice, but service a little slow in the evening. City view rooms can be slightly loud at night with street noise. Would revisit.

From the moment we arrived we found the staff friendly and helpful; having caught an early flight to Nice we turned up well before the check-in time, but we were able to leave our luggage and our rooms were made ready early. The rooms were fine (though proper cups would have been nicer and more eco-friendly than the disposable ones) and everything was clean and worked well. There was a good variety of food at breakfast time. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace and made use of the fitness room (here, a water dispenser and a basket to put used towels would be welcome). Also worth mentioning that the hotel is very well situated, next to a main shopping street (though the hotel is still very quiet) and handy for the train station. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would be more than happy to return.

Reception staff were excellent. The roof top bar and restaurant too small and service was average. Room was comfortable but very small in size.

The hotel is centrally-located and a great base for getting around . It is also peaceful, with good window soundproofing. The staff team is welcoming, helpful and professional.
