They say they have fitness facilities nearby. Surprise: the fitness facilities are located at the Intercontinental hotel and you have to pay 25 euro for access. Not at all a 4 star hotel. very low service level at the bar and reception desk.Big disappointment. Change at least the information on the website!

"City Break Vienna"

Very good location close to metro station, one stop only from Wien Mitte station (train from airport) , nice breakfast buffet with friendly staff in restaurant and reception as well . Clean hotel in general , just a couple of marks on one of the walls in our room .

"Soothing"

A comfortable nest in a quiet but well connected neighborhood, and a very kind staff. The reception was perfect after a more than troubled trip: a warm and friendly welcome, with a touch of humor, but the right level of dignity. Bonus: the perfect advice for our first lunch, adapted to the mood and time (and we didn't meet the Golden Key Concierge yet). The breakfast was up to its reputation.

"Good location"

Just a few minutes a walk from Wien opera house. Underground station Stadtpark is not far (5 minutes walk). Good variety of food at breakfeast time. The street is quite even to sleep with an open window.

Very nice hotel with pleasant and helpful personnel. Excellent breakfast, nice room. Belvedere around the corner, Staatsoper, Stephansdom within walking distance. Close to subway station. Very good bed. Room and bathroom might be a bit larger, but do not lack comfort. Will definitely come again.

"Nice hotel at a great location"

Hotel am Konzerthaus is definitely a place worth considering, when staying in Vienna. The service is extremely friendly, as usual at MGallery hotels and the location - right next to the Konzerthaus and within 10 minutes walking distance of the Kärntnerstrasse and right next to the Citypark - is simply excellent.The rooms - even the deluxe ones - are not very large but certainly adequate for a short stay, and the bathrooms are well sized, with L'Occitance cosmetics.The bar and restaurant are both nice, and the food is definitely worth sampling. Again the staff shines with its friendliness and were very knowledgeable about the food options. The hotel is dog friendly and has a spacious underground garage, in case you are travelling by car.

"Almost everything is O.K."

Everything is O.K. except service during breakfast when there are a lot of people. The servicemen are very slow, don't remember about the orders, walk along with 1 cup for minutes - it is a katastrophe!

Very friendly and helpful staff,especially on the front desk. The hotel is very centrally located and easy to find. Car parking spaces a bit small , though. Decor is excellent , restaurant very comfortable. Very high quality breakfast, included in our tariff. A very enjoyable stay, and we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to any one on business or pleasure

"Book on price only,any incentives offered are difficult to get on arrival. Many tours."

Not a bad hotel, front desk service can be poor depending on who you get. Promised promotional incentives difficult to acquire on arrival, grudgingly offered after a great deal of your time and effort showing reservation documentation.

"Great Value Hotel in Vienna"

This hotel was in a great spot close to the nashmarkt and the main museum area. I could not fault the service at this hotel. They had a room ready early I was able to check into. The doorman went out his way to show me how to get to the airport the easiest way... He actually walked me to the tram stop and showed me the way. Excellent showers clean well appointed room. ONly fault was I found the doona a bit to hot unless I chilled the room. overcame this easily though by taking the doona out of the cover and using the cover like a sheet. Would recommend to anyone heading to vienna.

"Culture Tour in Vienna - August 2011"

Hotel location (am Konzerthaus) is great - for public transport (1 station from Karlsplatz), quiet though. Service and friendliness in hotel are very good. The room was not the newest and a few things would need to be fixed, but general - the location is ideal for sightseeing and culture in Vienna.
