The whole welcoming area, play area, bar area and rest area are incredible. The welcome staff was very pleasant. Rooms were excruciatingly small and housekeeping hadn't been thoroughly vetted. Staff on departure didn't care the slightest about customers, bordering on making fun of customers. This is a beautified Ibis.

This is an ideal overnight stop/stay from Orly. Walk to terminal 4, follow the 7 signs to tram 7. Take Tram 7 for 2 stops from terminal 4, the tram stop in front of the hotel. Big lobby with friendly staff. well equipped room and great breakfast buffet.

Issue with my booking that my company had made. I arrived late night on 27th March. The two staff at the desk that night were extremely helpful and pleasant, they arranged another booking for me but took the time before that to thoroughly check that there was no misunderstanding. Quick and efficient. Hotel is a little outdated and breakfast area was not very clean the following morning - food on the floor around tables, but good selection of food types.
