Hotel was quite modern, some hotel staff were helpful and friendly others were less interested in helping. Housekeeping didn't attend one day and the days they came didn't empty trash. Hotel desk staff just said 'Not our problem as housekeeping is done by a 3rd party company'

Lovely clean room and powerful shower. I liked the coffee machine in the room. The pillows were not the most comfortable. The worst thing about our stay is that the entire floor that our room was on absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke at times, very unpleasant. Staff very helpful indeed. Children loved picking cans of pop from the yellow fridge, a great Idea.

Receptionist is not friendly during checked in. Housekeeping did not clean properly. Dirty glasses were only washed every 2 days. Sometimes we got box water and sometimes we did not.

Moreover, we are truly sorry to hear that you found the receptionist to be less than friendly upon check-in. The mattress is very comfortable, but it's inconvenient to commute as I have to walk a distance to reach the train station. It becomes more troublesome on rainy days.

I've stayed for four nights, but the housekeeping staff hasn't replenished the toilet paper in my bathroom when it's nearly finished, and no one has refilled the backup tissue in the tissue box either. The hotel also does not provide toothpaste.

While we do not currently offer shuttle bus services, our location near the metro stations Spaklerweg and Overamstel typically facilitates convenient access to various parts of the city. However, we appreciate your perspective and will consider it as we strive to enhance our guest experience. Please accept our apologies for the oversight in not replenishing the toilet paper and tissues in your room. This is certainly not in line with our standards, and we will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure our rooms are always well-stocked. Furthermore, we understand your concerns regarding the cleanliness of the water kettle in your room. We maintain rigorous cleanliness protocols, and this feedback will help us to further improve our services.
