"working trip"

The hotel restaurant was closed and the only local alternative was fast food without traveling into town.A junior football tournament was being attended by several groups and the children were making lots of noise and using the lift like a toy disturbing other guests. I feel the staff should have approached the parents to get the situation under control.

The service of the reception personnel was exemplary and exceeded all expectation. Very pleasant and friendly, and they even helped us with directions and finding places to eat since we arrived rather late. Exceptional service was provided by Ms. Zyahairi .. I do apologize if the name was misspelled.

Staff all very friendly and out to please. Rooms a bit cramped but heh it was adequate. Don't like a hairdrier that you cant switch on as you cant dry hair properly into a style and cord is too short to enable you to do hair properly or sit down if not able bodies such as me. Didn't like not having drink making facility as thought that was basic requirement nowadays. Snacks advertised not really avaialble- but a MCDonadls next door open 24hrs.

Nice and attractive room. I enjoyed the stay. One point to improve: There was no floor mat, so if you take bath and walk, the entire room will be wet.

Was completely satisfied with everything in Hotel. Got good service from staff and the room cleaned every day. The only thing that could be better is the main pads are too hard.

Excellent hotel. Staff were extremely helpful on arrival, cracking room - very clean. Superb dining area. Downside - its just a bit too far from local railway stations to be able to have night out in Rotterdam and get back comfortably - unless driving.

After using other hotels in the group I had no hesitation in booking this hotel when it was on the internet at a low price.The room was reasonable size with good shower etc facilities. The staff were very obliging and helpful. As at all tha accor hotels Ive stayed at our Old english sheep dog was also made to feel at home.

Groups of young people comming by bus are accepted there and my experience with young people from UK was not good and hotel service is too polite for those who creates chaos after midnight. Otherwise staff is very friendly, good free parking facilities , some additional facilities nearby, nice suburb
