"Different Hotel"

well, in general i like the Mercure Place D'Italie - Les Gobleins, instead as it had nicer rooms and better service, specially for breakfast !, my comments is that the rooms had a bad view (back yard of someone else), since it's close to other buildings, if you leave your windows open definitely someone is seeing you, the towels had a bad smell (vinegar like) ....

It was an expensive BB-hotel. Fine people, but an Internet that would not work the first day was not very convenient. Slow elevator. I payed full service, but was not informed that minibar was included in the price.
"Aircon and internet"

Over the 3 nights we stayed in the hotel, the weather was very hot. Unfortunately, the aicron of the whole hotel (which was what we were told when we complained) was down. The front desk should have informed us about it instead of waiting for us to complain when the room got really hot and stuffy. They did not do anything about it inspite of our complain. It was the attitute of "take it or leave it" "too bad". No compensation or apology.The internet line was also bad. The line kept dropping every couple of mins.Other then these 2 problems, the location is good, rooms faily clean and very quiet.
