In the "Privilege" room the TV did not work (no sound), the safety box could not be used (run-out batteries), and the shower had minimal water supply. On complaint, Reception said they would fix the TV, but did not. They offered to deal w the safety box only after our check out (sic!).The pool could not be used, as it was oppcupied for hours by a large group of youngsters (and their leaders) playing water polo.Worst of all, sleep was impossible due to the same group shouting, loughing, screaming and playing loud music. Despite Reception saying they would deal w it, nothing happened and the noise died down only at 2 am. After a rather stiff talk we received some price reduction. The Bar offered a very narrow selection of drinks. However, food in the Restuarant was quite good.

The breakfast was terribel saturday. The lady who was working there was not nice and answerer my komplaints in a rude way.

Unfortunately when this res. was made there wasn't any mention that the hotel is in a industriel Park Not good for a Tourist to walk anywhereWhen I arrived on the 30th June The desk assistant was most helpful in rebooking me at the NOvotel Suite Hotel in Cannes a better location for my visit Since this was a prepaid offer I had no recourse but rebook again at your property for the 16th July I have covered all this in an email sent to your customer service I wasn't able to use the new res. 16/17 July due to necessity of returning home I would've gladly rebooked another hotel for another trip but never received a reply from your customer serviceMaria R. I had a disappointing 4 nights there, an electric power cupboard door was left open for the duration and this continually slammed with every gust of wind.The restaurant was very good except for the one afternoon I turned up at 14:00 hrs, I was told it was late but not a problem as I only wanted a salad...the salad arrived some time later and the vegetables had not been washed which soon had me chewing grit.The wash basins took around 15 minutes to empty which after ashave left them full of shaving foam and facial hair.The hotel is situated in the middle of a large industrial estate . All in all it was a let down, although the restaurant food was generally of a good standard as was the service.

If you are wanting a charming hotel in a good location, NOT in the middle of some industrial estate and next to an airport, DO NOT STAY HERE. The public transport connections to the hotel are TERRIBLE and the location awful. It took us about half an hour walking across a motor way to find the nearest bus stop and taxis seriously overcharge, the meter being on 13 euros when it came to get us and 20 euros when it dropped us off 3 kms down the road in Mandelieu. The pictures on the website are extremely misguiding, giving you the image of a serene country hotel however its just a Mercure hotel in between a warehouse for buses and a large container. Definitely NOT worth the money ( 120euros for 2 incl. breakfast). The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that we managed to sleep well and we were given a suite, and the beach is a 10 minute walk. Please don't stay here.

The amount were paid for the room dose not worth at all , and the room I saw through the website was totally different than the one we took .The hotel was nice , the employee`s were so nice with us with a lack of tourist information`s , which I believe in Canne the staff should have more tourist information`s to advice the quest And some of the staff must have a training courses how to open up the save box in the hotel , which cause us a delay around half an hour to begin our two hours trip to Marseilles to catch our flight take care
