Been here a dozen times & will no doubt stay here again...Service always good & friendly. Rooms are looking their age though. Could definitely use new flooring & furnishings. The toilet & shower should all be in one room and not separated (odd set up) .

Nothing wrong with the hotel, rooms clean - small bathroom - breakfast was a bit poor, and eventhough it closed at 11.00 AM, a lot of dishes were empty (and not replenished) at 9.30 AM.Great location, and convenient parking !

I thought the hotel was in an excellent location. Staff were very friendly and Helpful. Room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was served right through to 11am, allowing a nice long lie in the morning.

In a word, quality...With a friendly staff, clean good size rooms that are more than comfortable, it's a great place to stay! Good value for money and the location cannot be beat. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to see the city in the easiest way possible. It's location also make it an excellent source for finding good resteraunts which are just a short walk away.

Returning to The Hague after many years, I was greeted by the reception staff like a long lost friend. I arrived early, but was able to use the room immediately - a nice gesture after a long flight. The location is excelllent - so central to all the usual tourist spots. All staff, from housekeeping, maintenance staff to management were attentive and very pleasant to deal with. The extensive buffet breakfast is sufficient to last the day, with good choices of cold meats and various hot dishes. The free use of the computer corner with a printer was an added bonus. The room was spacious with nice views. My stay of 3 weeks at this hotel made my visit to The Hague a huge success. Thumbs up!

We booked this hotel months in advance and were able to get a good deal. The hotel is right in the middle of The Hague. Perfect location for business and holidays. The rooms are small, but comfortable and very clean. Will stay there again in the future.

This hotel locates in center of Den Haag, near Binnenhof, shopping street, and China town. It has public transportation to all of attractions of Den Haag. The room size is ok for two adults with a child.

1st-ly, the reception team was excellent. Although that 1 afternoon where the lobby was full of customers about to check-in but the staff at the desk was just 1 and able to manage.The room was better than what I expected. The room facilities were limited for example the coffee cups were not provided daily. TV channels were excellent.However, the breakfast buffet variety needs big improvement.

We had an excellent weekend in The Hague. In the middle of the shopping area and theaters.Rooms are a small but comfortable. We had an awesome breakfast buffet. You can take the tram to Scheveningen (beach side of the Hague) in front of the hotel. Very pleasant.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious. There was a good selection of food for the buffet breakfast.One slight disappointment was the lack of onsite car parking facilities on the first night (approx. 30 spaces for 100+ rooms) We had to park 10 minutes walk away from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travellers and will stay there again on my next visit to The Hague
"location vs comfort"

I have stayed in this hotel few times for a couple of years now. Location is unbeatable. I like the new look for the restaurant but for the rest is still the same. Carpet is old and dirty, bed sheets are rough and stiff. And when I pulled the sofa bed when setting up, I can tell that the bed sheets haven't been changed in a long time, the dust/dirt caused skin irritation on me.

Good location, good service. Sevicing of the room was not that good. had the impression beds were not really serviced only the beds were closed (sheets and duvet).breakfast and service at brealfast are great, as well as the personnel at teh reception.

A highly functional hotel located strategically near The Hague and surrounded by shops and eateries. In addition, a brief and pleasant walk to the Central Train Station at Den Haag, hence accessible to many places like Leiden, Amsterdam, Keukenhoff, etc. Rooms are of good size with LCD tv and free wi-fi. Most importantly, rooms look new, modern and clean. Although views from rooms are nothing to shout about, but the proximity of shops, supermarkets and eateries is a huge plus point. Hotel staff converse well in English and are highly efficient and helpful. One thing that they could improve on was the mattress - a thicker mattress would have been great.
