We'd been on the road for five days visiting friends, places, a great time but quite tiring. At just the right time we had a moment de pause with you in Aix: the thoughtful, diplomatic, friendly attitude of all the staff, together with the elegance of the hotel was the ideal parenthesis before we set off on the last leg of our trip. Every aspect of the hotel was wonderful.Upon arrival,I was warmly greeted by the staff at the front desk.The location was perfect, I could walk everywhere from here.My room was spacious and very comfortable, clean and immaculate. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and can’t wait to stay here again.

Terrible hotel. Room is disgusting, stains all over carpet, gross furniture, no air flow, long hair in tub and on towels. Good luck with check-in as you have to beg to be helped. No offering to help with bags. Confusing parking.

Great location but very mean on amenities and benefits

I am a loyal customer of Accor, and have always prefer to book directly with the hotel than via third party booking sites. I believe that would save the hotel 25% commission. However, one would think the hotel would offer me some benefits, like free upgrade, free breakfast, free parking (€25 a day!!!!) etc? NON! I was even more disappointed that 1. We arrived at 13:00 and our room wasn’t ready. I know check in is supposed to be 15:00, but I am a loyal customer. 2. There are exactly 3 Nespresso capsules in the room. There is no fresh milk for my coffee. Only 2 tiny old cream in pods. 3. Cleaning was also erratic. One day when we came back from lunch, and wanted a nap, the cleaner wanted to come in. At 3:30 pm? 4. Although the reception is efficient enough, there is no fast track for Accor loyalty customers. There is a lot of competition in Aix, and this hotel must know that. Try harder to please existing customers and they will return. Me? I am not so sure.

Stay of 6 nights in March 2024. Hotel is in an excellent location -- just across the street, you enter the Old Town of Aix. It's a 3-minute walk to the Cours Mirabeau, Musee Granet, and Hotel de Caumont. Beautiful interior courtyard with swimming pool. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, also very quiet. Very good breakfast buffet. Staff is professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I look forward to staying here again in two months!
