"A good sleep convienent to airport for a reasonable price"

I booked of the Accor site and got a good prepurchase price. The executive room facedthew terminal and had triple glazing so was quiet. Very convient location a short walk from arrivals/departures. Friendly staff. A mix up with my meal order in the bar was rectified with a free drink.

Great hotel for meetings and as in my case when flying early the next day, just a 2 minute walk from check in desks, very helpul staff and good restaurant

"Overnight stay prior to flight"

Excellent proximity to the Terminal I required for my early flight out of Uk. Have stay here previously and still as good as ever.

"Great overnight stay just across the road from the Airport"

Had a very pleasant night stay due to a early morning flight. Everything met all my needs. Staff very helpful and room very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended if using the airport. so close and handy.

11th February 2012, Not living in a city
Location is perfect; hotel worthwhile except for inability to check out the night before. Other Accor hotels allow this which allows for a swift getaway in the morning. The heating controls in the bedroom were incomprehensible, which resulted in an extremeley hot night and not much sleep. We'd go again, but ask for a clear explanation of how to keep the room coolish!

Location good.Everthing else very basic.Service very poor.Staff have no ability in the art of service or dealing with multi task suitations.The staring forward and looking through you is so poor.Badly trained people who dont care.Glad its not my business.Terrible value for money as they peak the rates around the show dates.Can't ask someone who paid 60 pounds for the experience a month earlier to pay 200 pounds for the same room a month latter .Profiteering beyond its best here.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the NEC or flying out of Birmingham, very quick check in, clean rooms and very well located, just across the road from the terminal and the NEC via the monorail Would have thought that WiFi would be available in rooms in a hotel of this standard
