Bang in the centre of everything (+ 747 airport bus route passes end of street) this hotel was neat, tidy and convenient. I only took a point off here as I was vaguely expecting a swimming pool (as the central Novotel in Toronto has). Otherwise all good and nothing bad!

I spent 3 days in this hotel, on business with a group of approx 25 people. the conference rooms were large and spacious. some were pre arranged and there was no way to re-configure the room.. the individual rooms were aesthetically pleasing, however in terms of usage, things were placed high, I am 5'2 and had to climb on a chair to use the coffee machine, and one of the lamps. There is no control over temperature in the room, my room did not go below 25oC the whole stay... when we (there was more than a few of us with the same problem) asked at the front desk, they said there is nothing we can do... the air conditioning only turns on next week... they would not change rooms or offer a fan, nothing... I do not recommend this hotel.
