I realized in a shok that i didn't book a reservation for an upcoming concert due a few month later. I've asked to the lady at the desk to book me a room but the hotel was full. She managed to book me a room in another hotel in the same area.

Outdated rooms / hotel and not worth the high price. The vicinity is not safe during the night due to unsavory men and many homeless people on the streets. The breakfast is good however I do not like to eat from a tray, if I want to eat from a tray I will go to Mac Donalds.

Hello, I thank you for taking the time to return and am sincerely sorry that our establishment did not completely suit you. We are located 300 meters from the Old Port, which is the most central district of Marseille and undoubtedly the most popular with visitors. Furthermore, some of our equipment would undoubtedly require refreshing. However, we offer all the benefits and services of a 4-star hotel. Concerning breakfast, we have chosen to offer our customers a buffet, which allows a very wide range of products, very different from each other and some of which are organic and/or local. A buffet requires a platter and it seems very difficult to do differently. But I can imagine that this may not suit you. Despite everything, I hope that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you again, and in this anticipation, send you my cordial greetings.
