I wanted to bring to your attention a few issues: The air conditioning wasn't working. There was excessive noise in the room. The shower tap wasn't functioning. The sink lid was missing.

Dear Rogerio Tadeu J., We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the room temperature. Our air conditioning system is indeed seasonal. We have to wait for the municipality's authorization to activate the air conditioning. It is normally activated around mid-April. Unfortunately, due to climate change and rising and unpredictable temperatures, the situation can change suddenly, but we must still comply with these municipal directives. We do really apologize for the drawback you lived during your stay with us due to the room maintenance conditions. I would like to reassure you we will certainly be looking into the issues you reported. We'll be sure to pass on your comments to our maintenance team. Please accept our apologies that the level of service was not that expected and we will be sure to review this with our team as we strive to ensure all our guests leave us satisfied. The hotel advertised with airco. I booked this with my pregnant wife. We woke up in sweat just because the airco did not work, incredible! The not very nice guy from the reception told us laughing they turned of the airco for two weeks. No solution offered except open the window. I want my money back for this horrible stay where we didn’t sleep at all!
