"Not too bad average hotel"

It was about 20 mins to central Milano by tram and near Linate airport (it was nothing to do with me because I flew to Malpenza airport). the location is good, and room is clean and good size. service was just average. somehow, when i arrived at the hotel, i had to go back and forward 3 times between reception and the room, because the door key was broken. but its ok. snack at the bar was bad, but the restaurant was not bad. over all, it was ok.

The Novotel was well located near Linate Airport, easy to find and really enjoyable to stay in. Loved the bedroom, and there was superb shower, everything spotless clean. Had a nice rest in our room after a long drive and then down to dinner which was well priced an excellent. Will stay there again if travelling through Milan.

Quite large hotel with wide rooms, great service and very tasty breakfasts. Very close to Linate airport with shuttles every 20 minutes. Quite and convenient. Staff at the reception and in restaurants were very helpful and friendly, perfectly speaking English. Very convenient parking and beautiful exterior. No complaints at all.
"Nice Hotel, lacking in service"

The staff was quite friendly and helpful when I checked in, but the next morning when I checked out it was like pulling teeth to get information about the shuttle service to the airport. All I needed to know was when the shuttle arrives, where it stops, and when it departs. Also be aware the free Wi-Fi is only for 3 hours, and the mattresses are quite firm.

"No Drapes - Little Air Conditioning"

Checked in just after lunch, dropped our bags, turned the AC on and left to visit Milan. When returned later that evening we realized our room had no drapes. We had to transfer rooms, but this room was so hot. It never cooled down. Desk staff showed little concern for our inconvenience, otherwise I would have rated the hotel higher. Don't understand how housekeeping could have made this mistake.There was a warning label not to open the windows because of mosquitos. Trolley stop was nearby, free shuttle to airport.Be careful to ask for a room on the quiet side of the hotel since the autostrada is nearby.

"In between Stop"

I am satisfied with the price for our stop in Milano, and first I was not sure if the airport and the highway will give us the chance to sleep well. But we were very satisfied with the location and the good service inclusive breakfast.

good value but.....took 3 hours for a waiter to clean the tables by the pool. some noise, when we were trying to sleep. small room but clean. a transfer hotel only. food a the restaurant was okay. close to the airport. pool was clean

"Good stay at convinient location"

We (4 adults + 4 children) stayed at the Novotel Milano Linate Airport mid July. The facility was in good condition and the rooms were quiet & clean. We had a return flight home following day & appreciated the fast & free shuttle access to the airport. We also visited Milan downtown previous night for dinner. The trip takes about 30 minutes & takes you straight to the Duomo. Cheap tickets can be purchased from the reception. The breakfast was very good. Overall very good experience, especially taking the price into account. I will definetely stay again in this facility in my next visit to Milan.

"Nice place"

The Hotel was nice, but the restaurant was less than average. After spending 12 days touring Italy and eating one outstanding meal after another, this last stop before flying home was a huge disappointment

"question concern the online reservation"

To be the member of A-Club we has the voucher which could be used for hotel expense, but the funny thing is if the room need be prepaid when you do reservation online, voucher can not be accpeted, then you will see all the room list online need be prepaid, so what's the voucher used for? when you speak with reception, they said if you want to use the voucher, they will increase the price then you can use it, it's really funny!

We would like to clarify your doubt about the use of the AClub vouchers: as you chose a promotional prepaid rate, you can only use the voucher for your extras (lunch, dinner, breakfast,..) because that kind of rate requires the prepayment with credit card at the moment of the reservation. If you choose the not-prepaid rate, then you can use the voucher also for the room payment, directly at the hotel. We always give the possibility to choose between these two kinds of rate.Hoping this explanation will clarify your doubt, we send you our best regards.

"I have not received put to me welcome's"

I a member A|Club Gold status, but I have not received Welcome drink and gift.At settling, it was not offered to me, though I and have shown a card: - Room upgrade- Late check-out up to 4:00 pmHaving looked at my elite card the person on reception, has there and then returned to me it and has told that it is not necessary.I was very much disappointed in service of the given hotel.

Excellent stay. Close to airport. great roomsAnd a great breakfast. I can recommend this hotel. It was a stop off for a ski holiday in livigno. it is close to Linate airport and has a free shuttle transfer.

"Very close to Linate airport - but no noise"
