"Milan Ibis"

Overall acceptable quality hotel. I am used to warm the water inside the room for making tea or coffee, and there is no kettle in the room. For hotel clients, the parking fee is rather costly.

After traveling for 6 weeks in Europe, and staying predominantly at Ibis Hotels, this one was definitely the worst, but also the most expensive. The wall around the window was crumbling, the floor was dirty, but worst of all every single towel in the bathroom was dirty, either stained or had hair on it. The location was a decent walk from a metro station, and not even on the map the hotel could provide. The best part was a great pizza shop close by, but in Italy that should be a given!

Close to trams ( no 5 from Milano Centrale station every 10 mins) for those wanting the City Centre, and for me very close to office.Could not get lights to work in toilet/shower cubicle, only one lift working during my visit.Guests returning from partying at 5am caused a lot of noise.

The breakfasts were very good, both in taste and variety. The dinners had limited variety, but were tasty.The personnel of the hotel were kind, epecially those in the reception.My only complints are related with the rooms. There was no minibar in my room. Keeping drinks cold can be a problem in summer times. Also, there was no water heater to prepare hot drinks, which we see almost in every hotel nowadays ( in Ibis Eskişehir, Turkey where I stay frequently, both of the above mentioned items are peresent Other than these, everything in the rooms were OK.

Every thing is okey is budget hotel right ! The best part of staying here is transport to any place of interest is by trams is very easy. Nearby walking distant have few restaurant very nice pizza. Novotel Hotel is just next door only, if the computer is occupy, you can use the Novotel computers.

My stay at Ibis Milano Ca Granda was nice and probably I will use this location again. For the price you pay you'll receive good service and accomodation.

We had stayed at 2 Ibis hotels as we drove across France. This led us to expect free Wi-Fi. There was a €15 here - we didn't bother to ask for how long. The restaurant was chaotic - one waiter fiddling around, one very hard-working and friendly waitress, both let down by one seemingly absent chef with zero productivity. People were waiting over 40 minutes from time of order, some with children. There was no management intervention. Otherwise it was in line with expectations.

The hotel is not close to the city downtown and it`s main attractives, however it`s very easy to reach it through the bus in the front of the hotel. In spite of being a clean hotel, the treatment from the front desk attendant was the worst one that I`ve ever received in an Accor Hotel chain. The bed in the room was very terrible, hard as a rock.

Fantastic hotel, very friendly service, good access to city center (tram+subway). Room comfortable, large, nice furniture, separate toilet and bathroom (bidet), hairdryer. It is a pity that there is no wireless internet access for free... But I'll be back for sure.
