Nice hotel, with easy acces from highway. Nice service and good rooms with bath. view over the city skyline and river.

This is a nice hotel in a godlocation for business travellers.The room was clean an dwell equipped.The restaurant was good and the food quite appetising.All in all I would recommend this hote, especially for business travel around the Rotterdam area.Phil Roberts

Nice hotel and nice location. Hope the room for family of 4 can be larger. I would not mind of paying more for more space. Looking out from 16th floor is nice. Free parking is good. It will be good if hotel can make reservation for boat trip (like Speedo) or provide recommendation for nice restaurant

we travelled with 2 sighthounds and everyone enjoyed the spacious room with a king size bed and a bed sofa. the dogs were accepted with no problem (paid 15.- euros/dog). hotel offers free parking and is located at the city's border in a business quarter that is deserted during the weekends. we walked the dogs in the surrounding parks and the dogs loved the bunny rabbits living there. the area is calm and safe, there is a subway station 4 minutes walk away.room service resp. restaurant offers lovely food, but is quite pricy. there's 24h room service available and a 24h bar. the staff is lovely and helpful.we drive up to rotterdam every year for a track race and always stay at the novotel brainpark and have never been disappointed so far.the weekend-deals are a great value but it's worth staying a day longer even thu the rooms are quite expensive so-fr.

A liitle away from city central...but located in a quiet place near to a metro. Easy to get to city by Metro. Good hotel..with good comforts.It is located near to the Erasmus University and the Brain Park. There is a small lovely lake nearby.

Had a sweet stay at the brainpark. Allthough it is not that close to the erasmus bridge and so on I enjoyed the room at the 17th floor. Sleep was disturbed a bit by thunderstorms and lightning.I will come back to this hotel.

Breakfast Service and reception very friendly, but the windows in the bedrooms cannot be opened... Made it difficult for me to sleep at night. Good choice for a hotel if you have business close by (Erasmus University or the technology park) - public transport to the city center is easy accessable.

we enjoyed our stay a lot at this hotel the staff were extremely freindly and very helpful during our stay my 9yr old son must have mentioned to the reception staff that it was my birthday so when we came back from and evening out there was a chocolate cake and a birthday card from the reception staff which me and my family greatly appreciate.All in all a nice hotel good location and lovely staff so a big thumbs up from us.
"Inability to cancel room"

I have stayed at the Novotel in Rotterdam before and found the room and the hotel absolutely fine. However, I had to cancel my booking as my meeting was cancelled and apparently Novotel's policy is not to accept cancellations so I ended up having to pay for a room I did not use. I find that incredible for a hotel chain that caters for business customers. Anyway, I'll do what I can do avoid Novotel in future and I'll make sure this is communicated to my colleagues.

I was this hotel around 6 years ago. But this time hotel changed a lot of things. (clean & quality services) I was happy when I stayed this hotel. Especially my wife and girls satisfied bed and room locations.Thanks.

It is a nice modern hotel in a quiet part of Rotterdam, but close to the ring-road and €15 taxi to the centre.The breakfast is ok but very expensive and if you only want a cup of coffee they charge you €4.50 which is ridiculous.Dinner is take your luck, fare is simple and ok for one night..more would be painful.The bar staff is very average and music is always too loud.Similarly in the restaurant where they seem to change staff all the time.They are all courteous though.Receptionists are of very good quality, and very helpful.They do not clean the rooms when you stay there.My last trip was 4 nights!!And beware, the tariff changes with the wind..4 nights..3 different costs..nicluding €159 for a Thursday night.
