"nice stay"

Friendly staff, though some further training would not go amiss in the restaurant and brasserie. A pity the website doesn't make it clear that the indoor pool is not really available for children nor that there seem to be numerous rules around its use. Otherwise a very comfortable stay with friendly and efficient staff.
"Lousy Coffee"

Everything OK, except the coffee at breakfast. It was lukewarm and tasteless. We are used to IBIS hotels where there are coffee machines available, and breakfast costs only 8 €. Unacceptable ! Room was very good, dinner was OK.

Very expensive breakfast, over EUR 67.60 for 2 days stay. One bowl of cereal and coffee x 2 and one roll with cheese x 2.Hotels should start charging per item as not everyone has a large appetite. Customers like my wife and I get ripped-off because we get charged well over the cost of what we eat.Will not be back!
"3rd class rooms"

Being put in their so called "Studios" in the far back (outdoor walk to the room), where there was no light etc, without having asked for it was not a pleasant experience. Room standard was lower than expected and the bed was hard as a rock...Having seen the rooms in the main building, make sure you're placed in one of those, as the Studios are not value for money.Good gym facilities, for obvious reasons.Good breakfast, though it costs extra. Dinner restaurant is good. The bistro however is understaffed and the staff does not deliver the service on the level of expectations. Long waiting times.
