This is a nice hotel, easily accessible from the expressway, with parking available free of charge on site. The hotel has been refurbished recently and is nicely decorated. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and the restaurant has a good offering, mixing French classics, good Northern French classics and a few innovative dishes. The wine list is very decent! Overall an hotel I would recommend. Particularly if you need to go to that side of the Lille area (I was participating in a sports event in Hem and the location was perfect). Not ideal if you want to visit Lille city centre and you are not arriving by car.

Staff were all very nice and professional. However, there was a nearby room with loud kids and music from 10 pm - 5 am. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well that night.

I tried to understand why you were disturbed that night but I still can’t explain it. Our night receptionist is at your disposal to intervene if another disrespectful customer comes to be too noisy.
