"very mixed impression"

we frequently stay in this hotel so we can compare the most recent stay to the ones before. The reception team is usually very friendly and resolves any problems to my satisfaction. However, there is one member of the staff which is always unpleasant, very haughty and her behaviour is simply in appropriate. she commented on my wife's request for soy milk with wrinkling her nose. When my wife then explained that she couldn't drink cow's milk for health reasons she said something like "how ugly THAT must taste"... needless to say that she wasn't asked how she felt about that... on our last stay then she saw us sitting at the bar. but instead of asking us what we'd like to drink she said hello, made herself coffee and left us again. we waited about 10 minutes before another member of the staff saw to us. apart from that, the hotel is perfeclty all right. cleanliness could be improved and some guests are simply too loud. despite this person I would recommend the hotel.

Friendly front desk, clean rooms, everything on IBIS standarts. I had a nice night of sleep in Augsburg, and that was my goal for that night. I could just walk to the bars in downtown as well. Fair enough.
"What the hotel webpage said available is not actually available"

When the reservation is made, the Accor Hotels webpage said that free outdoor public parking is available but ended up when we arrived, no free parking ever existed. We showed the reception staff what the webpage said, he told us that the information might be "too old" that we had to pay EUR8 for the hotel's indoor parking. Although the parking fee was reasonable I'd say, what the Accors Hotel represents on the webpage is not the truth. How can they claim public parking bays on the street (which obviously not belonging to the hotel) are available to hotel guests??The carpet in the hotel room is not clean with stains. The restaurant in the hotel is not open on a public holiday. It's common that shops in Europe are closed on Sundays and public holidays but not expected for hotel's facilities.

nothing special, average quality, ok for a very short stay. small rooms, good breakfast, my room was noisy. parking possibility - for 8 euros per day . unfortunately there is no free WI-FI in the rooms.

This is an Ibis Hotel that has a great location within minutes walking distance to the historic center of Augsburg. If you're driving, it is easy to find right off the autobahn and a straight drive to the hotel. Room was very clean, comfortable with nice furnishings and all you need for a good nights sleep.

The room was quiet comfortable and clean, but some other guests might make some noise in the hallway at night. The location is good if you know how to get there. I wish I could have known more about how to get there from the Augsburg Hbf.

This was a great hotel. Ample parking; very good location. Had a great night's sleep. The room was spotless. Very good hotel for the money. Would recommend staying here versus the other IBIS in Augsburg due to much better parking facilities.

Smoke of cigaretes in roomNo parking places for cars with roof box.Not possible to park car on the street because of fines from police.Not much choise in menu for eating in the evening.Very good breakfast!!For the rest OK.

Hello,I don't want to be picky but the hotel is not good. There is also another Ibis nearby and your probably better take this one.The restaurant was a mess.- the salmon on the card they didn't have- then they gave me a onion soup, yes it was onion, nothing more than that.Then I asked for the salmon with tagliatelli--> got a salmon completely dry and the tagliatelli was changed into patatoes, without saying something.The person running the restaurant was also running the bar and you had to wait for ages....A mess, don't eat there!!The hotel is not very clean and the reception is not German style = straight, clean and efficient.Will not go back anymore!

We enjoy staying overnight in the IBIS Hotel in Augsburg.It is very convenient to get to from the railway station and also to due some sightseeing around the town.The hotel has very friendly staff and the rooms are very cosy.The beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed a excellent breakfast.We will certainly book here again on our next visit to Augsburg.We hope that you will have more bookings when the next football season starts due to the fact that FC AUGSBURG is now in the 1st Division after being promoted this season.Your standard is certainly very high..

The Ibis hotel in Augsburg Germany was a very nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Rooms were very clean and neat with comfortable beds. The location is great for doing business in town. The only negative one night was someone was smoking on our non smoking floor and made the area smell like cigarette. But all in all a great stay.
