5th August 2011, Rotterdam

Excellent located and outfitted hotel for a short stay with family on our way home from vacation. Booked a 4 person suite, nice room. However the air treatmenty plant ( I cannot call it Airco) was so bad the temperature made sleeping almost impossible. Our remark / complaint to the front desk about that was not taken seriously by duty staff upon check out. And that is very disappointing.
