"Relaxing stop-over"

Perfect location in the centre of Switzerland, just next to the motorway.Surrounding industrial. Large and free parking. Although locationclose to motorway, quiet and perfect for a good sleep.Ckeck-in efficient and staff very friendly.Rooms are very clean and everything you may need is in the room. But noluxury! A little disturbing: only one power socket in the room....

if you want to get your head down and nothing else this is ok,hotel has nothing around it to see,breakfast is not woth the money,evening meal selection and quality very poor,hotel is on a ind est with a haulage company next door toit ,very noisy in the mornings.would look for hotels in olten which is just up the road

Please be assured that the whole team of the ibis is always trying to provide the best service and quality to our customers - in all belongings.I agree that our environment is not to compare with a tourist attraction. The location is ment to be as close as possible to the main highways of Switzerland. We also are working on a project to improve the value for money aspect on the breakfast buffet. Since I'm very critical refering to our restaurant - the quality of the food as well as the choice, I unfortunately can't follow your negative opinion - BUT - tastes are different and I respect your experience. Last but not least, hotel industry in Olten may does provide higher categories and amenities -but also advanced prices and no direct access to the highway (rush hour-distance of approx. 30 min.)Again I thank you for feedback and apologize for the inconvenience. I had problems with wireless connection, i couldnt use internet from my iphone- when i tried, i get a message saying that i will be charged for the usage. internet is a crucial thing to have at a hotel

We do offer wireless lan for free in our lobby, in the bar as well as in the restaurant and public areas. At the moment clients are still being charged for using internet in our rooms.
