"it was great"

Our stay was great, the only problem was not enough heating in the room but generally it was great.People are very kind and friendly there.The location is great, Breakfast is AWESOME.It was me for work meetings in Frankfurt, my wife and kids for leisure.

Perfect location if you have to work in the Business District. It's a business hotel, so practical and efficent. Ask for a quite room, otherwise you will face the rail and it could be noisy. Breakfast was expensive but really good. Possibility of a late check out until 15:00 free of charge.

Nice hotel. But they didn't inform us when we were checking in that they reserved av bigger amount from our creditcard. Then they charged us for the actual amount when we checked out. Now, five days after we still haven't had our money back! Otherwise it's a clean och nice hotel. The only thing to complain about is the staff in the restaurant. At breakfast one of the waiters wasn't nice, really grumpy I think.

Room was clean, shower works well, bed was OK, check-in/out was fast, location is OK although you need a taxi to go into the center (10 min drive costing around 10-12 euro). Free parking in the surrounding area is a geat perk! For the price you get good value.

Good location if you have to work in Frankfurt "City" where are all the banks and companies.Possibility to have a late check out at 15:00 without surcharge.I had the business package (single room+breakfast+Wlan) it was pretty convenient especially if If you have enough time enjoy the breakfast buffet... I did :-)Moquette on the room floor was old :-(When you book your room ask for a room on the quite side, on the other side there are rails... it could be loud!

Novotel is always great. This one is a little far from the center of the city, but is 3 blocks away from an urban train station. The wifi internet is not cheap (9 euro/day) and the room was not so big, but it was clean and quiet.

We have used this Hotel several times as it is an ideal halfway stopover between Amsterdam and our holiday destination in Bavaria. On the way to our destination it is always nice to take in one of the German Christmas markets and Frankfurt is one of the best. The hotel is consistently good in all areas and we will continue to use it.

My partner and I stayed here for one night on a stop-over to Canada. It is a 10 minute walk from the Messe station, very easy to get into the city and 3.90 Euro one-way to the airport.The room and bathroom was the largest of the European hotels we stayed in the Netherlands and Germany. Bed was also the most comfortable. Check-in was quick and efficient. We didn't have any meals at the hotel, instead finding two nearby gems - a Vietnamese restaurant and a restaurant associated with a theatre, both within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Gym was incredibly small and stuffy, with limited equipment and space. There were about 5-6 English television channels and in-room internet, although not free, was reasonably priced. They do have an internet corner in the lobby area where you can use provided PCs 30 minutes at a time.This hotel is best for a stop-over as there is nothing to do or see in the area. If you're in Frankfurt for a longer period, then I'd recommend a more central hotel.
