As a hotel for pre flight, the Ibis is great. The rooms are tidy, large enough for two with luggage Cold breakfasts run from 4am and cooked breakfast start at 6.00am. £12 per person or £10 per person if buying at check in. If you sign up for their reward program you’ll get a free drink from the bar. We had an evening meal and it was perfectly adequate, no complaints on temperature, quantity, quality or speed of service. Checkout was 12 noon so there’s no rush to leave. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely use again.

Extremely small room, very little room for storage, no place to put medium suitcase. Wasn’t expecting much but quite disappointed for a standard Ibis hotel

ok for a night

had a really late flight into Luton so kinda forced to stay local at Luton as not able to collect a rental car and travel onwards. The bed was comfortable, that was the only positive, unfortunately the toilet/shower pod had a distinct urine smell which was by no means pleasant and wasn't the cleanest (the previous customer left a few bodily hairs in the shower) but considering I was knackered as arrived late and left early in the morning, therefore couldn't be bothered complaining, was keen to grab some needed shut eye....... would I go back.....?????

Necessary stop for an early morning flight. Did not get off to a great start as the reception member of the team asked for confirmation number or alternatively a form of ID. Which took me by surprise and I thought was unnecessary. The experience was rectified really quickly by another member of the team who took over, was very polite and efficient.
