"Ideal"

Great location, midway between station and main sights. All easy to walk to and from.Staff very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast expensive, but supermarket opposite hotel.Would love to stay again.

Our whole weekend was lovely, after an easy check in, dropping all our gear off and changing we spent hours walking around Brugge finally retiring to bed later in the evening. Our stay from check in to check out was easy and rooms very comfortable. I have recommended the hotel and Brugge to family and friends already.

good place to stay for a week endNot so charming but the room is big and clean, with a bath and people of the hotel are really kind and helpfull.The location is perfect to visit Bruges without taking your carand there is a private parking not to expensive (8€/24h)

We stayed for 2 nights, and this room was the biggest we had stayed in. the rooms were clean. We had only good things to stay about this hotel. Only thing is its about a 5-10 minute walk to the main town square 'Markt'.Definitely recommend it.

Loved the hotel, the whole Accor chain has very well run hotels all over. A short walk gets you to the market area . Tearooms, Indian Restaurant, Cycle rent shop, Gardens ,Carrefour, grocery shops, bars etc all very close by.THE STAFF WAS VERY EFFiCIENT.Early morning walk in the vicinity was a revelation.Will definitely go back.Know a thing or 2 about hotels as i travel a lot [International airline captain].

Me and my family (wife and two little girls) have recently spent a very nice Christmas in Brugge, thanks in part to the quality of our accomodation at this hotel. It is very accessible with car, built right on top of a private parking (about 10euro/day). The Hotel itself is beautiful, sharing a courtyard with the Ibis hotel. There is a very large and elegant reception hall, connecting to the restaurant, children's play area and fitness centre (did non visit this). The rooms are standard Novotel fare, i.e everything you need but not too spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent, both in quality and variety of foods. Personnel was uniformly kind. The hotel is located within 10-15 minutes walk from the main attractions of this beautiful little city. As a minus, this facility is not as economically convenient as most other hotels of the same chain. We were overall very satisfied.

This is an outstanding hotel. Access from the motorway is easy. There is an inexpensive car park right next to the hotel. It is located on one of the best shopping streets in Brugge and is a few minutes walk from all of the main attractions. The staff in Novotels are always really helpful and friendly and this one was no exception.

Only about 5 minutes from main tourist area. Easy parking next door 8.70 euros per 24 hours. Good breakfast. Large clean room. Nice and quiet at night. Overall really enjoyed stay. Have already recommended to friends.

We really enjoyed this hotel. We have stayed in many Novotel's as we trust the service and quality. The location was great and the staff were superb. The young man who checked us in was so kind and went out of his way to help us get a room for an extra night. He spoke several languages and was very patient with the guests. We were there during a big football game and there were some very interesting guests the staff had to deal with. I can say they all remained very professional and patient. Thank you for making our sty in Brugge great.
