Excellent location for sightseeing, some fantastic restaurants nearby and perfect for the eurostar! good rooms with everything you would need for a city break and with ebing good value weh ad more money to spend enjoying the city sights - what more could you need? :)

Stayed for about the 6th time at this very nice hotel. As good as the other times. Nice that the NCP Clark park is right underneath. Food very nice staff excellent.The city centre is a short pleasant walk away. We will stay here again next time we come to Brugge

The hotel is a little pricey but it is so near the centre of Brugge (10 mins walk) and 2 mins from the first of many canals, it is ideally situated ! The buffet breakfast is the sort that gets you out of bed and you wish you had more days to sample it all ! If you are driving, there is a very handy car park below the hotel at 8.70 Euros a day.. I have stayed here 4 times now and cannot fault it ! (There is the ibis Centrum, right next door too, if the Novotel is full and very nearly as good !) I'll be back..

Travelled with 2 dogs and was very surprised to see they didn't mind us leaving them in the room by themselves and gave us a notice to hang on the door handle so they wouldn't be disturbed. Just meant we could go for dinner without worrying about them.Hotel is in a great location very close to everything. Is in a pleasant little square too.Overall very pleased
"Great location - aircon not working in April"

Great location, easy parking, (8 euros day) price good if you can get a deal, especially with two children who can share the room. Rooms good -standard Novotel - but very warm even with the window open. Aircon provided, but even when switched on, the air from the vent was not really cold, so room was uncomfortable at night with four people in it. Previous experience of Novotel with aircon rooms is that this is not a problem, so perhaps the cooling was not actually switched on as it was quite cold outside! Would use again.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. We were very pleased with the Restaurant. The desk personnel were very helpful with directions and obtaining a taxi for us.

This hotel give me a very nice impression,good location in which have a lot of shops and Carrefor express in next door.It is very to walk to any sightseeing point in Brugge.The rooms is quite ,clean but some electrical socket didn't work.The buffet of breakfast is very good and worthy.

I and some friends recently stayed at the above hotel, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those driving to Bruges. The hotel itself is situated right in the centre of the city, a mere 15 minute walk to the Markt/Belfry. There is a two level underground parking facility, which charges a mere 8.70 euros for a 24 hour stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were kept to a very high standard. The only thing I would say to future guests is if like my friends and I you sleep through in the morning, make sure you put the do not disturb sign on the handle, otherwise the hotel staff might come into the room (as they did with me) without knocking!

Enjoyed our stay very much staff were all friendly and helpful, excellent sevice, restraurant was good though lacked in choices, if menu changed daily on a seven day rota would have been better then enough to choose from.

Nice modern hotel in great location near centre of Bruge but also handy for rail station which was a 10 minute walk away mostly through a lovely park.Good assortment of shops and restaurants nearby and only brewery in Bruge just 200 hundred yards away and worth a visit,Nice reception area with kids activities and outdoor pool but weather too cold.As in my other report on Brussels breakfast at 20 euros each was too much and evening meals seemed better value but we ate out every day usually buying breakfast at Panos for 3-4 euros.Bruge has some great pubs and restaurants but is a rip off in the main square and the city is expensive but very beautiful.However if you shop around and check the internet you can get a good evening meal with drink for less than 20 euros each.Take canal trip on arrival just to get a feel for the place well worth just under 7 euros and all boats charge the same fare.
