This hotel is located right in the heart of Brussels and 2 mins walk from Central Station. What marks this hotel out though is the comfort of the room, airy and spacious with one of the highest and conformist double beds I’ve ever seen. An added bonus was a separate toilet and shower room, handy if you are sharing with someone who takes too long in the shower. They cater for business and tourism and everyone is made to feel very welcome. The rooms also have USB ports to charge your devices. Whatever your reason for visiting Brussels you can get to it easily from here whether walking or every conceivable method of transport on the doorstep. The majority of the main sites are within walking distant though some you may want to take the Metro. Food and drink options are plentiful in the vicinity and of course more chocolatiers than residents it seems. Highly recommended

Perfect location. Friendly and professional reception staff. Good breakfast. The couch in the room was not properly adjusted.

The location is great. Short walk to central station and Grand Place. The room was just okay. We had the Executive suite with 1 queen bed. The room was clean and bigger than just a regular room. When walking into the room there were 2 twin beds that are a bit shabby. The queen bed in a separate room was comfortable and clean. But this is a no frills room. Bathroom needs a good scrubbing around the edge of the top of the tub and shower head needed cleaning as well. Service was very good.

zoso Business - TripAdvisor review

Stayed in room 318 “executive room” . Room on the small side , but that’s fairly common in Europe . Honestly couldn’t see any difference between this & a standard room apart from the coffee pod maker . Bathroom felt dated & needs an upgrade. Bed was comfortable, although pillows were thin . Soundproofing was good ,very little noise heard from outside. Big , smart TV on the wall which was excellent. Had breakfast on the last day but I wish I’d saved a few euros & gone to one of the many fine cafes nearby . Location was excellent , 3 min walk from Brussel-Centraal train station. Praise to one of housekeeping staff who was very friendly & helpful.
