"Pleasant stay"

Overall it was a pleasant stay. You find all you need at the hotel. Very convenient from the airport and also easy to get to the conference center. Security is not a problem.

no staff attention to solve several issues :- no internet in this room- no respect of Accor Fidelity Card offer- poor cleanliness

My whole family enjoyed the stay. Staff were very nice, check-in and check-out were smooth and the overall stay was just fine. The lounge bar furniture was generally old and worn in need of replacement. the room were clean carpet was very clean, all the furniture was brand new. superb. the buffet dinner was very poor and needs to be looked into.
