If it wasn't for my breakfast experience, then I would have rated this hotel a lot higher. Well-sized room, comfortable bed, decent shower, very quiet, quick check-in and very well located - literally steps from the RER station and the CDGVAL which connects with the terminals. So in that respect it does what is expected of a modern airport hotel. But now the bad stuff. After arrival in the early evening, I had dinner in the restaurant - a pleasant enough experience although I was sitting next to potted plants and there were some small ant-like bugs crawling around. I thought nothing of it, especially since I live in a hot country. However, breakfast the next day was where I draw the line. There I was, happily relaxing before check-out when something caught my eye - when I did a double-take, a cockroach had landed on my shoulder. Eventually having flicked it off I was able to deliver the coup de grace to the offending bug. Not surprisingly I wasn't too keen on finishing my breakfast! I appreciate that even in the best run establishments things can go wrong, but this is the first hotel I've visited in which something like this has happened. Perhaps a bit more attention to cleaning practices needs to be looked at.

Stayed one night before morning flights. Access to terminals easy via CDGVal train, which stops very close to the hotel. Welcoming staff, good restaurant, comfortable room.

there are very few choices to eat around the hotel. The heat system was broken. We spent 100 euros for dinner and the food was cold . we had to wear jackets and hats and coats. like we were eating outside. The same thing in the morning for breakfast. we had to wear our outside garments . It was so cold the food in plates was cold in a few minutes. Please refund our breakfasts at the very least thank you in advance
