I stayed for business while attending an event at the Shaw Center conveniently located next door, we arrived a bit and were accommodated immediately. The Front Desk staff were extremely helpful, and courteous, and were able to answer all of our questions. They even were able to help us out with a couple of umbrellas while heading out for dinner one night. Thanks to the front desk team for making our stay easy and comfortable.

I arrived late and I wa missing a one page document that I forgot at home which was required the following day. The front desk clerk assisted me getting it printed on his printer in colour. Saved my bacon for the following day.
