Very unpleasant stay, nver again !

Despite the fact that the room should have been ready at 3 pm (don't forget, it's a contract) they kept us waiting for another 75 min, they did not care about the delay, no apologies from their side, no offer to reduce the price. When we finally got the key for the room it did not match and we had to go back to the lobby again to get the correct one. At the checkout they wanted us to pay for a dinner which never took place.

I stay here often when I am in town for business. I can’t say enough good things, but the staff is friendly and accommodating. I would also like to say that the beds are very comfortable and I always get a good nights rest.

Reasonable stay

Stay was OK and did the job, and the bed was nice and comfortable. But the staff were rather cold and uncaring, the safe in the room didn't work (and after asking twice to get it resolved, nothing was done) and the room was odd in having no desk to work at, just a small cafe table. The breakfast again did the job but was rather uninspired and not of good quality or choice. The crockery and general hotel layout tried to be "quirky" by being mismatched and rustic, but it was all very fake and many of the plates were chipped or cracked. The restaurant food was acceptable, but only 4-5 options were available with little choice for anyone who had food allergies or other limitations like vegetarians. Overall acceptable, but could do a lot better for the price, which was also too high for what was provided.

I would personally give this hotel 10 out of 10 for being excellent customer service by hard working and always on help staff, stayed only for 1 night and wold definitely come back again as my kids loved the hotel.
