Ibis is always good, I have stayed in one at Singapore and I liked it, what I can remember is if in that one they also didn’t have a safe or at least complementary water for the Tea and Coffee they provide, because during my stay in London that is what surprised me.

Air Conditioning and Bathroom Extract not operable at time of stay. Aside from that, a very nice hotel.

I am sure that this feedback will serve as an encouragement to all of our staff as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services. Our Ibis hotels have an ‘air cooling’ system in place which does differ from air conditioning. This system is partly dependant on the external temperature. I can only apologise if this was not sufficiently effective on this occasion. Furthermore the extractor fan in the toilet is automatic in the full building. You will not hear the usual noise of an extractor but this does not mean this is not on. We picked the Ibis at Greenwich for its location - and it was perfect. Our daughter lives nearby and Greenwich is lovely and convenient to many other places with easy access to public transportation. The room was small, the bathroom smaller - but to be expected for the price we paid.
