Had to stay with my family (2 kids) in order to take an early flight. For that purpose, the rate for a room for four was ok. Being an ACCOR ALL member, I am entitled to a welcome drink voucher. That voucher was only provided after explicitely asking for it. Already during my stays as a crew member for the negotiated Cargolux rate, I realised that the benefits were taken away from us one by one (no vouchers, no ACCOR ALL points), also there are hardly any rooms available for that rate. It feels like we are not welcome anymore at the IBIS Lux Airport. That is why in the meantime I avoid staying here as much as I can.

Very happy overall with experience, only issue was room was too hot.

Was put into an adjoining room, and the other room were keeping me awake all night. The rooms were not clean either. I was moved room, after insisting when I was told the hotel was fully booked.
