ibis Nancy Centre Gare et Congres: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Almost perfect for business travelers"

11th September 2012, Paulo_Carvalho_RJ, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

Staff is always smiling, speak English, is helpful and has good presentantion. The coffee break is worth the small fee. Confortable and clean installations. Easy access to transportation and close to the Stanislas Square, the city's major attraction. On the other hand, air conditioning wasn't working perfectly. I had to open windows to sleep. It was the end of summer and it was somewhat hot. I also could not find the master switch of the TV so I spent the stay without it.

ibis Nancy Centre Gare et Congres: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Great location and friendly staff"

17th April 2012, Vilaineriverwalker, Nancy, France

This hotel is very convenient for train travelers--right across the street from the station. My room on the top (6th) floor was clean, quiet and comfortable, although not large, and included a view of the Cathedral towers. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing a large city map on request. The buffet breakfast at 9 euros is a little steep, but the food was varied and plentiful, including yogurt, bread or croissants, fresh and canned fruit, a potato-and-egg tart, cold cereal, fruit juice etc.--and if you're leaving early, the breakfast room opens at 630am.
