"Nice location and excellent service"

The hotel is located at a very convenient location with Dongguk University subway station nearby. Convenience shops such 7-11 and GS25 are just few steps away from the hotel. Another advantage is the KAL limousine bus from Incheon airport stops just in front of the hotel. Besides that, the staffs of the hotel speak fluent English and are very helpful. Lastly, the room is very comfortable especially during winter season as you will always feel warm in your room.

"Standard rooms are too small to fit in a roll away bed"

We booked two rooms with two single beds for a family of 5 members, thinking that a room should be spacious enough to fit in 3 of our kids. Rooms are a bit small to put in a roll away bed. On top of that, if we are to have an extra bed it will cost us another A$55 per night. I think this is too much if you consider we only pay less than A$200 per night with breakfast for two adults.However, the breakfast was excellent, plenty of fresh food and choices.

"Tidy and convenient - WiFi charges should be included in room rate"

Stayed at GAS three nights. It was excellent except for 2 minor matters. The fan in bathroom wasn't working so steam did not exhaust. The only disappointment was the additional charge for WiFi connection. It was a small amount but this was the only accommodation (6 different hotels and apartments) we stayed at in South Korea for 6 weeks where we were charged for WiFi. I think WiFi is a service (especially for Skype users) which costs the hotel almost nothing and could be provided at no extra charge - ie within the cost of the room.

"Very hard mattress"

The spring mattresses & feather mattress toppers used at the hotel are way past their used by date. I had severe back pain after the 1st night and became even worse after the second night. I had to spent the rest of remaining 2 days stay sitting on the sofa to sleep at night. The hotel should look to talalay latex topper to solve this problem. The hotel however have very comfortable talalay latex pillow as one of their pillows for selection on their "pillow menu".

We stayed at this hotel over christmas/new year period. We stayed in executive room and checked in on 16th floor and got a king room facing city on 17th floor. The hotel staff were very helpful with most speaking some english. The hotel lounge on 16th floor puts on drinks and food every night from 6 to 8 and this includes beer, wine and spirits. Breakfast can also be taken in this lounge. The staff in executive lounge were very helpful and there is also free internet in this area. The hotel has its own buses to take you to shopping areas around Seoul and the KAL airport bus starts it run at the hotel and leaves every 30 minutes. The concierge desk was great and would write any address in Korean so as to give taxis drivers the correct instructions. There is always taxis outside of the hotel
